Spoke with staff over the phone and at check-in/out. They were very kind and helpful. Lounge is super nice. Comfy bed. The only negative thing is traffic was kind of loud being right by the highway. Room was very clean and modern. Love the shower and DryBar products. Especially loved that the hair dryer had a diffuser for us curly girls! I will probably stay here again. The indoor pool was a small area but nice although it wasn’t warm enough for us to enjoy. Wish there was a hot tub here !

I paid for the breakfast but I wished it hadn’t. I was hoping for a hot breakfast spread but it was premade items available but unfortunately nothing we wanted. Basically we paid for breakfast for nothing each day. It might be pleasing to others but fell short of my expectations for the cost. There is a cafe across the street which is where we got our breakfast. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. We didn’t have housekeeping come to our room but it was no big deal. We asked for towels from the front desk. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. It worked well for what we needed. We missed out on the bar because they were off during the holidays.

Hi, our room was filthy upon arrival… the floor had crumbs, the toilet was dirty with a hair on it, there was an old washcloth in our shower, and there was dust caking on shelves. I went to the store and bought Clorox wipes and cleaned it myself. Please let me know oat I need to do next here. Marriott said to reach out to you.

Had to switch rooms due to smell, then was put into another room that was dirty. Food was smashed on the floor. Housekeeping left dirty wash clothes on the floor and the food quality at the restaurant was the worst have ever had! Not to mention, the hotel is more for pets, not people!
