The he room was a little dusty and we could heard hear everything. People were screaming in the hallways all hours of the night and the doors we extremely loud closing. For the price we paid to stay there, we should have been able to get a good sleep.

I liked the new part of the hotel, especially the pool… What I did not like is the old part of the hotel where unfortunately my room was, and my room was not very clean and a lot of areas. Major dusting was needed, especially in the vents in the bathroom… Also could use a towel hook in the bathroom.

We visit yearly for a Nuvo dance competition and stayed in the waterfront tower. No issues , room was clean and amenities were good.

We stayed at the Coastal tower for the cheer competition and it cost us almost $300 a night...the room was horrible, very stuffy, there was no air circulation; with no air vents in the bathroom and a ridiculous bathroom design with only 1/3 of a wall instead of a door, all water ends up on the floor and walls causing all towels to stay wet for the length of our stay, not to mention the humidity from the bathroom adding to the already stuffy room. The bed linens are microfiber, so you sweat at night. The pillows are three tiny hard balls of stuffing, so uncomfortable..and yeah, the beds that they advertise as queen are full at best. Last year, we stayed at the Bayview tower and it was excellent.

Clean room clean hotel no one bothers workers are chill and helpful I would just say food instead the hotel is super expensive!! But over all it’s a pretty chill hotel

when you walk in the room looks good............. BUT. there was plumbing parts, popcorn and food on the floor and under the furniture, the bath room had VERY bad light and rusty furniture and minimal amenities, the makeup mirror did not work, and the chair in front of it was a trap and unsafe and cheap, there were 4 mirrors but none could be used for makeup, the shower was missing caulk and had black mold instead..... it was a dump!!!!!!!!!!!
