First impression was terrible. I was jet legged and it was freezing outside. The front desk stuff, that night was a nightmare. 2 man were watching me drag 3 bags one by one, none of them come to help or ask If I needed help. When I ask them, how come there is no help, I was told did you ask us to help you? We don’t do that and this is London not USA. Other guests, who saw me go through all that informed me they had the same experience. If you call for anything like a toothpaste or toothbrush. They will not bring it you will have to go down and get it yourself. Let’s just say I was disappointed I booked that hotel because of the reviews from others. No currency exchange at the hotels property also

The staff was absolutely amazing as our luggage had been lost and we were stranded overnight. They even had an outlet converter so we could charge our phones. The room was a good size and comfortable the food at breakfast and at the bar was good
