I had an amazing experience with a young lady named Sophie. She answered the phone and helped me when I called after our flight was canceled. When we checked out the gentleman was not friendly, did not thank us for staying and sent us to an empty kiosk to wait for the valet instead of calling him for us. We had to go back to the front desk for assistance. The property is a bit dated in the room that I was in. Cleaning staff was awesome.

The hotel staff was nice. Check in was easy. Breakfast was decent with lots of options. Our room was very hot with only 1 small wall vent for cool air to come through. I assume the hotel is older.
