Nice location, disappointed with the water view room we had. It was over a courtyard distant from the river.

I liked the free parking and the area

Room was very clean, modern. Lots of restaurants around, will stay again

Room size was good. Love that it was on the water. Parking rates are crazy for guest. It should be a flat rate for guest

Breakfast staff and cleaning Staff were very friendly, helpful, and curtious. However, some of the front desk staff were very slow during checkin and not helpful during a potentially serious situation. I accidentally locked my 15 month old in the bedroom of our suite. The bedroom door was very easy to lock accidentally. She was taking a nap, when I realized and ran down to the lobby to get some help. She had croup, so sometimes coughed so hard she would throw up. I was afraid she'd wake up like that and be scared in an unfamiliar environment. The front desk staff appeared disinterested in my situation and his response with very nonplused. It was as if I asked him for more towels.he just said he would send the engineer up to the room. So I'm anxiously waiting at the room but no one comes. So I took a kitchen knife and jimmied the lock open. The engineer came to the room 30 minutes later. This was a best case scenario - baby was contained and asleep. If she wasn't contained she could have hurt herself multiple ways (not to mention panicking bc she can't find her parents). I wonder what the staff would have done in a more urgent situation - because when it's your child stuck in somewhere that you can't get to, it all feels urgent.

Located in the whaf district, for $15 - $20 more a night. We could stayed in Hilton or Intercontinental Hotel. Which is better.

Great location and a great hotel! I would come back!

The property was great, it's not far from the metro, and it's very close to several nice restaurants.

Hotel is situated on the wharf with plenty of fine dining, and close proximity to the National mall. The staff were extremely helpful, personable and friendly. Ease of access to the free shuttle that takes you to the national mall and surrounding attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The location on the river, breathtaking views, proximity to major sites, availability of restaurants and public transportation

I was close to all the museums and restaurants and water taxi.

The property is very nice with a great location on the Wharf. There’s a rooftop deck right on the water, free breakfast and a legit bar.

The property was beautiful! It was clean and the staff was great!

I loved the location. I loved being able to walk on the wharf.
