My room 408 didn’t have no air conditioning my room smelled like some took a number 2 before I checked in it’s just rude I paid 139 for one night and my night was horrible

This USED to be a great place......even with the $$$$ to park our vehicle. We RESERVED a KING BED through orbitz...We were given TWO QUEENS.....This HOTEL was not full. We asked very politely to please make the change...I even had a PRINT_OUT of reservation for King bed. In the room, paint was peeling badly above the shower. When I tried to use the faucet in the room, I not HOT and EVEN HOTTER water from BOTH faucet handles!!!!!! A LARGE SIGN indicates that bedding would be changed on the 5th day of our stay----THAT didn't happen on our 5th night. We called down to the desk and just ASKED for CLEAN TOWELS !!!! The next morning towels STILL had not been delivered to room. The hotel is very very close to our daughters apartment. Will not be returning to this spot.

I was surprised after the covid rules have loosened up, they were still shut down on the restaurant and bar areas. I wont stay there again. It was odd. I felt like I was in India. In VA and very different from my VA 3 hours away.

I didn’t like that the hotel was a little hard to find at night. The staff was very nice and the room was really clean. I would definitely stay again

Hilton hotels seem to be going down him fast. Upon arrival, I was excited after seeing the lobby. It was very nice and clean. They took great strides to make the hotel safe during COVID-19. Once we got in our room you could quickly see things have not been updated or taken care of in a while. The bed skirts had holes in them. The door handles to the bathroom where worn down and dingy. The cabinet where the refrigerator was located, did not open all the way. This made it difficult to get in and out of the refrigerator. The outlets on the desk did not work. For the amount per night plus the cost of parking this hotel was not worth it. This has been a problem with Hilton hotels over the past few years and I don't think I'll be staying with them any longer. It is not the experience I am paying for.

Renovation is definitely needed. I was looking forward to dining at Finn and Porter unfortunately due to Corona Virus snacks were only available for purchase. I believe they booked all occupancy on the same floor. My room smelled like smoke. I placed the serviced sign on my door, no service was received. I called the main desk call not answered and my call was not returned. Trash piled in the hall from the rooms (filthy) not a pleasant sight. I was at dismay at the neglect from the property management. Understandable of the current climate however there shouldn’t be neglect we are paying customers-Hilton Honors Member.

My room was cleaned and my personal belongings were moved at 8 am by staff I had not yet checked out and check out time was 11am.

Stayed here for the President’s Day weekend with my friends. I received an attitude with the staff member checking in, and when I tried to open my hotel room, the key lock didn’t work. Went back downstairs to discuss with the staff member only to be told to wait upstairs if the door does not open and to use the phone. Also had an incident that required a first aid kit, which they did not have and had to purchase elsewhere

I liked the location of the hotel. I did not like the bathroom....too small and awkward. I did not like the location of our room.

The parking fee is ridiculous $28 a night. There should be discounted or no fees for guess staying there 2 or more nights.
