I loved that I was given an upgrade to the Hilton across the Street. I had a little kitchenette and complete with cooking utensils along with a microwave. I was able to cook a small meal that evening to eat.

I enjoyed the friendly staff. I did not like the fact there is a fee to park when I am staying on the property and have paid for the room.

Liked: Spacious rooms, secure building, complimentary breakfast. Disliked: Room didn’t have hair dryer, staff said I would have to wait until the next morning to get the hair dryer (I needed to leave for an interview very early, so I wanted it at night), phone in the room wasn’t working so I couldn’t easily contact the front desk and staff (they did nothing about it when I complained), WiFi login didn’t work for me

Clean, very friendly staff, 15 minute walk to NoMa

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel offers a shuttle to the Metro. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will try to stay here again next month for a Redskins game.

Mark especially at check-in (was early check-in even) took care of me when he noticed the heat had gotten to me. He provided me with water immediately. Am extremely happy with everything - was my second stay at this facility.

The first morning, they did not pickup the trash. Second day, they did not vacuum at all and forgot to leave all the towels that they were supposed to leave. Standard housekeeping was not up to the standards

The free shuttle to Union Station was excellent. Our driver explained how to use the Circulator bus to see the DC sites and monuments; also free. I locked my watch in the safe and forgot it when we checked out. When I called 2 days later, the staff was nice enough to check the safe and let me know that the watch was found and would be shipped to me. After almost 2 weeks, I hadn’t received the watch and called back. The GM, Mr. Dillon, apologized for the delay and said he would send it FedEx overnight at his expense. Great customer service, all around.

Our room was not cleaned properly the rugs where Slightly dirty and there areas in our room that where heavy dust our bed sheets where not changed ; I had to call the manager to have our sheets replace , I seen the hotel maid on the hallway I ask her if she could please change the sheets on our bed and she was very courteous and she did she was very nice Spanish girl , we stayed in room 718 ! Our favorite Hotel on our vacation is the Hampton Inn we hope this will never happens again!!!1

The shuttle was a nice added bonus - nice room and great breakfast.

Nice hotel! The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle drivers were also friendly. I especially enjoyed the hot/cold complimentary breakfast each morning. This is a fairly new hotel. I would stay here again!

The staff was amazing! The room was cleaned everyday, the shuttle to union station and back was great and easy transportation, and breakfast was lovely to have made already! I think there needs to be more hot breakfast options but it was delicious otherwise! Thank you for being wonderful for our honeymoon stay :)

My stay was great. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Free shuttle was available to take me to Union Station or Union Market.

Room was a bit small but clean & comfy! Good breakfast & shuttle will take you to Noma & Union Station.
