The staff was very unhelpful and made my wife and me feel unwelcome. The room itself was clean, but the shower door was broken and off its track. We informed the front desk, and they seemed unsure of how to handle the situation, so my wife and I were unable to shower. Then, at 10:30 p.m., they sent someone to inspect the shower while we were trying to sleep. The gentleman spoke very little English and gave me a serious attitude when I asked him to leave. Overall, I will not be returning to this hotel.

The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was very clean. I did not fell uncomfortable at all. It was a good experience. The breakfast bar was good and the staff was nice. The only thing I did not groove with was the cost for parking. It was almost half the price of the room.

The room was spotless and the front desk person was so kind and the bed was comfy. The only downside was city noise. We just aren't used to traffic noise. I would stay there again. The price was very fair and I felt comfortable in the room.
