Slightly dissatisfied with check-in due to lack of acknowledgement from front desk rep who was on a call when I arrived, a simple right with you would have been acceptable, and rep failed to provide complimentary water.

This is a very affordable place to stay with a clean room and friendly staff. Know the following: You pretty much must do valet parking, but the cheaper rates make up for the difference. It is not at all a good hotel to use as home base for walking the city. It is not close to much. BUT, if are just looking to explore Washington and then come home here at night, give someone your car, and get a good night's sleep, this is a great place. And I found the breakfast a welcome bonus. Good old fashioned oatmeal carried back to our room with the free coffee was plenty for me. We then got in the car and headed north this morning. (The location is superb for getting out of DC quickly.) Excellent for what we needed. Fridge and micro in room, nice toiletries, free wifi. If you are looking to park and then walk around Washington, pick somewhere else. But if you explore first and return with your car at night you'll save money and have a nice room, too.

Worst hotel stay I’ve had in years. Impolite staff, terrible breakfast and terrible service. Noise woke me up thurs- sat night between 1am-4am. This is a party landing spot, which was evidenced by the puke in the elevator on Sunday morning (which took the hote hours to clean up) Don’t stay here unless you need a place to crash after blacking out.

The hotel had amenities I plan to use on my next stay (shuttle to station, pool, fitness center). The breakfast was varied and tasty and the staff was helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to D.C. for business or pleasure.

This hotel is kind of badly situated next to a busy road, far from grocery stores, shops and places to eat. Union Market is just around the corner, but that is a somewhat hipster foodcourt which is very crowded. The breakfast was served on paper plates and cups, which I found wasteful and weird for a hotel at this standard. The NoMa Metro station is a 10 minute walk, but at least there is a shuttle going to Union Station for free. On the other hand, the hotel itself was clean, the rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are very nice and polite. The breakfast was alright. All in all I had a very nice experience.

Really enjoyed the stay location is fine Place is very clean would highly recommend to anyone so come and enjoy your stay with Hampton Inn I plan to return soon and stay at the sister stay right across the walk at the Homewood suites

Hilton Honors membership allowed us to get a room and valet parking package. Used Uber to get around. Updated rooms, clean. Extremely friendly staff. Decent assortment hot and cold for breakfast . Also clean and nice seating to enjoy it!

Bed was super comfy, shower was great, room was spotless. Great place to stay. I love the design of the lobby and rooms beautiful marble. Staff was nice enough & breakfast smelled great. Too many kids in pool & hot tub so we didn’t get to enjoy that

The hotel faces New York Avenue with a lot of traffic and trains across the street. Ask for a room not facing the street and it may be better. There is a shuttle that runs until 9:45 PM and it will take you to the Metro station.

I had a great time while visiting the hotel. Great facility that is well maintained and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The morning breakfasts were very good and the evening socials were awesome.
