They were great and I really liked it

Left early because our whole stay here was disappointing. Was charged $60 incidentals fee upon arrival without any notice, when I asked before putting my card in the terminal the staff member was rude and spoke to me like I was crazy for asking. Did not know that parking was not available on site and was shocked to have to pay $70 for valet only. Pillows in room were completely flat, drunk loud people in hall in the evening banging on doors and elevator, and lastly the rooftop bar closed early and we never got to see it. Total disappointment- won’t stay here again.

The hotel appears to be in a safe walkable area with restaurants nearby.

The property is in a perfect location. Room is clean and efficient. However the hot water is non existent. We complained and they sent an engineer to come and fix it but was never resolved. Perhaps they have their temp set too low but the shower was really cold. They have bagged breakfast during Covid. The selection could be a bit better but it was still fresh and available. No onsite parking so plan ahead. Staff is very friendly. Easy to use guest snack food. Bed is comfy. Towels are bigger than other mid range hotels

this hotel has great staff. Soundproofing is terrible. the number is tiny.

Breakfast....some food good, eggs and meat just so so.

Room #1102 had no closet to hang coats, suit, etc. Ridiculous.

Rooms were very clean, janitor, he was very rude, on Friday December 13 in the morning,he needs be trained about costumers services. Receptionists very kind.

Liked the location and closeness to baseball field. Didn’t like having bed bugs and being bit.

While situated next to the ballpark, the view of it from the roof deck is obstructed by the multi-level parking garage. When you look at pictures provided by the hotel, they give the illusion the field is directly in front of you and fully viewable. You can see about half of it, still it’s a great rooftop deck. One day we forgot to tip Housekeeping and when we got back to the hotel room there wasn’t a piece of toilet paper to be found. We inquired about it/asked for some to be delivered it took at least two hours/several calls. I think it might be code to the other staff - cheapos/non-tippers, treat accordingly. Not cool. They last night we were there the hotel had no water - as in zip! When we checked out the next morning, still no water. Nill mention from the front desk, including an apology, discount or even an offer of bottled water to brush our teeth (of course a shower wasn’t happening and we couldn’t even flush the toilet). With the meh and bad mentioned, the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the metro and has several restaurants around it. The staff is fairly nice, the rooms are updated and the beds are comfortable. The room is long but a bit cramped since every inch is occupied with the necessary furniture. The bathroom is generous sized. The mini fridge is extremely helpful. Quick jist is, if you’re looking for a place to sleep for the night, no more no less, this will be it.

Liked the proximity to ball park. However they overbooked and we had to switch rooms mid stay. Four people had to share a king and a single cot.
