Staff was extremely friendly and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable

Nice hotel, friendly staff, free breakfast and free transfer to and from the city near tourist spots. Overall, not bad. The neighborhood is rather sketchy though (hobos at the gas station right next to the hotel and pretty much everywhere else). One day, there was a soiled baby diaper on the table next to the pool, which remained there from morning to evening. The bottom of the pool also needs to be cleaned.

This hotel is really close to Echostage which is where I was going. The staff was very friendly and the place is extremely clean, Would definitely go back!

We booked this hotel based on the proximity to Echostage and could not have made a better choice. The hotel staff was friendly and informative upon arrival and had security on hand to handle any mischief they might occur at the end of the concert. The late checkout time was ideal after not returning until 4am. There is no metro within the walking distance but it is easy enough to get a cab.

Very nice hotel Here are the positives - Very Friendly staff, nice free breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage waffles etc, clean room. They don't rip you off at the vending machines (soda and bottled water is $1.00) Here are the negatives. - You are only two miles from the all the sites but New York ave is a major road and it takes forever to get back to the hotel at rush hour. The area where the hotel is located is a little rough. You are not walking around the neighborhood. Lastly - $17 a day to park was too much.

The staff was very friendly and when I asked for a cot because of my back problems, they upgraded me to a suite with a very comfy pull out couch..thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality!!

I've been here a few times already. Great staff, easy parking, and super clean and comfortable rooms!

I loved staying here because it was convenient yet secluded enough for my "ME TIME" weekend.

Not exactly a great location. Not much to look at out the window. Other than that everything was great, the facility is well maintained, the staff was nice and the complimentary breakfast was average.

Room was clean and comfortable and modern. My only complaint is that [...]said parking is free but it isn't.

We were not sure if it was safe to go out at night to a restaurant. There was really nothing within walking distance. Once inside everything was wonderful the staff went out of their way to make us happy. I would suggest a bar/restaurant inhouse so you dont have to go out in this location. We were approached by people for money which was sad and unfortunate for the homeless people. We felt bad.

Decent hotel

Stayed here for the weekend for the National Half Marathon. The hotel provided free shuttle service to/from the RFK stadium for the race (normally they provide service to/from Union Station every hour.) Loved that they served free breakfast, offered free wifi, maintained a clean pool, hot tub, and fitness center. It's a nice and cozy hotel for a weekend stay.

Best hotel staff. And, the hotel looks like a 4* Star. The hotel is located so close to the city. I had to pay for extra parking, but it still was the cheapest / best value.

Great and Fun

the stay was pleasant, rooms were clean which is a plus. the staff was friendly and courteous.

the service was wonderful, shuttle bus to and from union station was a real treat - made the trip much more manageable while traveling with three children

We actually went to DC for a long weekend and we stayed at Fairfield by Marriot for 2 nights (weekends). During our stay in the hotel, the room was clean and the restrooms are well maintained. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast was good.
