The rooms face other buildings and not the River or the Marina as advertised. When I asked to change my room, I was told there was nothing available for what I paid for, but I could get a refund if I checked out of the hotel I stead of honoring my reservation. The Attendant’s comment was extremely rude and Lacked compassion for guests. I have NEVER been asked to check out due to a hotel’s inability to honor a reservation that I paid for (& I use to travel for a living). The hotel is basic, the elevators are confusing and a mess to manage and the amenities are lacking.the best thing they have going for them is their location. Definitely not worth the $400 a night.

Convenient area and a pleasant stay.

Parking 55 dollars per day much too much Totally misusing hotel visitors

I stayed there for valentines, The problem I had was using the elevator was a lil confusing but everything else was amazing

The whole COVID lockdown prevented daily housekeeping, and I get that. We stayed for eight days. The room could have used at least one vacuuming during the stay. Plus, it would have been nice to have a plan in place to replace towels every so often and to have provided coffee pod. The staff was very accommodating to get these things to us when we asked--it would have been nice if there had been a plan in place so we did not have to ask. As stated above, the staff was so accommodating and pleasant. They had positive attitudes and were engaging. The Wa

Very okay experience. Views are exaggerated in pics, paid extra for a “marina view” & got a room where you could barely see the marina. Bar/amenities/grounds are what keep hotel afloat but staff (outside of bar staff) is not the most customer focused. Went to celebrate a birthday (put in notes) & it was not acknowledged. Expected more from an “upscale” Hilton.

Ultra modern and clean hotel. It is right on the boardwalk area where all the action is, a perfect location! Free evening drinks for an hour (on the weekend!) was a nice surprise. Marina hotel room view was lovely. Rooftop bar was awesome. Highly recommend.

I loved the view of the river, and the device was outstanding!

This hotel was so beautiful. It made my trip 100% better staying here.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Orbitz won't let me submit a review with less than 50 characters.
