Beautiful property. We loved the cottages and the surroundings. The cottages were reminiscent of old time holiday cottages we may have seen in magazines and on TV. The check-in was tedious and the lady checking us in did not look happy to check in a colored couple. The check -out person was cheerful and helpful. Overall, a fantastic place to spend a few nights.
It was quiet and clean. The cleaning staff did not replace towels unless we asked for them. The food was good. The walls are paper thin. We could hear everything going on next door and outside. I would recommend earplugs
The property was ok. The first night was cold the electric wall heater did not quite get it. No T.V was different. And having a full size bed was not to comfy. In a pinch it was ok.
No TV in the room and they're renovating the grounds. Good luck with that, if you're choosing to stay here.
Very friendly, helpful check-in at the Gas Mart. Room was very clean, but we did find a pair of kid's retainers (invisalign?) in the sofa cushion--kind of creepy. No TV! But that was fine. Shower pressure was AWFUL, way below adequate. Bathroom was spacious, clean, modern and the window opened to the outside fresh air. My daughters opted out of showering because of the shower pressure, but they loved the room.
It’s nice and quiet. We went to have breakfast and the restaurant was open but NO COOK so we had do drive 30 minutes away to get something to eat.
Very quiet spot but the shower stall is very tiny and dark. First morning there the staff began work on room next door and shut off water which cut ours off also. When notified they turned it back on and offered to do that job only while we were out. A microwave might be nice.
The resort is not ready for patrons. It's under renovation and re-construction. The phone number in the itinerary provided by Orbitz is the fax number. When I Googled Warner Springs Resort to get the real phone number and called it; all recorded messages. There is no live person to answer questions or ask for directions where to check-in. The resort was hard to find when you depend on GPS. There was no clear instructions on how to get there and where is located. The website is fluff. The place is rural and remote. During my stay inside the cottage was uncomfortably hot and there is no air conditioner. I stayed the end of July. To my surprise, be aware the resort will charge your credit card a month later for the hotel stay. Overall, the place is lacking amenities and customer service.
The resort is under renovation. You can here the maintenance staff working in the morning and it's loud. There is no air conditioner inside the cottage. It was very uncomfortable and hot. Even though there is a ceiling fan and portable fan. The plus side is the room is clean and updated.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have spoken with our maintenance department. Work orders will only be completed if both guests are not present in the rooms.

Thank you for your comment. We've always found that our guest prefer to not have TV or phones in the rooms for a quiet getaway.
