The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby, restaurant, amenities and the rooms. Out room didn’t face the beach, but we still got a beautiful view of the city and a balcony. The room was great with two bathrooms a living room area, tons of mirrors and very bright and clean. The staff at the hotel ...
We really enjoyed our stay and had prompt service for any problems we had like our air conditioning in the living room, the bedrooms stayed cool. Comfortable beds and great beach service with comfortable lounge chairs. The only difficult time was with the concierge woman who was rude and hurtful ...
When my wife and I looked into a quick getaway to Miami and South Beach, we were amazed by the lack of hotels with free parking. I stumbled upon this gem online. Not only does it have free parking, but the rooms are apartment size spacious, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and the area is quiet ...
I traveled to Miami solo the Sunday before a Monday business meeting. The Clevelander has a great location on South Beach, right across from the beach and provides beach towels, and had a very fun atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon for people watching, NBA game watching, and enjoying the weather on the patio/pool area. The room was clean and comfortable. Not very big, but not cramped.
I loved that the hotel was right on the beach/boardwalk. Everything is within walking distance. Also enjoyed the beach chairs/umbrella that were included in resort fee. If the beach is not for you, the property offers three pools each with their own pool bar.
Overnighted here and was delighted. 4:30 am check in no problem. Bell service at that hour for tons of bags. Fridge and microwave in room. Very quiet and clean and comfortable beds. Cheerful courtyard around pool and decent enough breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit. Even free shuttle to cruise ship (stops running at 12:30 so we took an inexpensive Lyft from airport in the wee hours.
We stayed one night to hang out on South Beach. Check-in is after 3. But they were able to accommodate us earlier. I paid for a third person in the room but then they didn't want to give them a beach chair etc. When I ask to speak to the manager they relented and gave us the Third persons amenities. Valet parking is $40. Biggest problem is it took almost an hour to get our car. Location is good to have a free drink happy hour from 7 to 8. We ate at Maxine's and it was good. Just a block to the beach and they provide Beach towels and chair rentals at the beach for free. Tip- park at the 16th Street public ramp $20 overnight and just walk the two blocks to hotel or use a lyft.
