Outstanding service and cleanliness. Entire staff is very friendly. Great for families or couples. Location couldn't be better for local bars and restaurants, or take the trolley downtown. The broadwalk is packed with activity. We've been twice and will go back again. Great retreat from the cold!
Great location in Downtown Miami, across the street from Bayside Marketplace from where all the cruises start. Nice room with comfortable beds and great view on Biscayne Bay.

The entire hotel smells like and expensive spa. You are immediately relaxed and happy. Everything from the bed linens to the lime wedges in your drinks- is perfect. The staff is amazingly attentive and kind. The food is unreal. I cannot WAIT to go back to this paradise.
