The hotel is maybe 2 stars but staff made the trip horrible. When we checked out the desk clerk ran outside as if he was chasing shoplifters. When I asked for a receipt for charges I was told “get your receipt from whoever you booked your room through” ugh worst study ever.

I really like this hotel, it’s clean, it’s close to the airport.

No room available at check I waited a couple of hours and left.

The property need cleaning. Hardly anyone spoke English no refrigerator in room or microwave. Room had beer caps on the floor. Hair was on the towels that was folded. Mouse droppings in the bathroom and traps. Fire alarm was going off for at least 1/2 hour.

it is a good hotel to pass the night but definitely, cleaning is something that you won't find in here. breakfast is not offered even though is on the advice. the staff do not know the schedules of the shuttle

Too smelly!!! room and bathroom were too small for 4 adults .

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Worked perfect for our long layover.

Receptionist was great. Cleanliness. Shiny Floors. 24 hour Hot & Cold drinks and snacks.

It was a fine place to stay. Clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was excellent. Shuttle was right on time.

1. False property description. It says 24 h free airport shuttle. Reality: when I called 3 pm they said there will be no shuttle 2pm - 7 pm. I ended up riding taxy for $ 20.- 2. Dirty room, linen possibly not changed. Hair in the bed, hair on the sink and some pubic hair on the wall near bed. 3. On site restaurant is terrible. I sat down and left 10 minutes later, because nobody didn't pay me any attention. There were only 3 other customers at that time. 4. Struggle, screaming and noise from 2 am - 4 am. I did call about it 2 am and it took them 2 hrs to sort it out. I've been to cheap places before but that was one of a kind experieence. Never again!

This place is horrible, i didn't get nothing that i needed. The room had an irreplaceable odor. I had to kill roaches, I'll never sleep here again. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. This hotel needs to be remodeled or something. The ONLY GOOD OF THIS HOTEL IS THE STAFF, GOOD PEOPLE AND EXCELLENT

Nice stay! Very clean! No bugs! Pool was nice. Laid back!

Please know that due to the global pandemic, some of our amenities are not working as usual. We do offer breakfast every day from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. We are giving our guest a bag with sealed products such as muffins, granola bars, juice, fruit cocktail, etc. Unfortunately, we are not allow to serve our regular breakfast until everything goes back to normal.
