We believe we encountered mites on the bed. My husband and I had to be dusting the bed every time and so had a very restless night

Staff was really nice and the long term parking was useful since we were flying out. Everything was clean, but our room had an odor because of a leaky AC unit. We arrived very late and were too tired to switch rooms, but management seemed concerned the next day when we told them so hopefully it will get fixed.

Basic property for overnight stay. Facility was clean WiFi service was spotty. It is not a new property is a renovated property would not select again due to WiFi issues

The room was spacious and clean. They pay lip service to being a green hotel with the towel service but the continental breakfast used only styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery. Looks like they only care about being green when it saves them money.

Positives: clean and nice in general, breakfast included. Negatives: got a tiny room with 2 double beds the size of our master bathroom. Adult has trouble squeezing in between the beds and walls in such a tiny room. The pictures on Orbitz are misleading and show a very spacious room advertized as a room with 2 double beds, not the real room! The view from our 1st floor room was on a shed for construction workers with ladders and other stuff right under the window! There was no other view. No fridge or microwave in the room. No elevator in the building! This is huge for people with luggage who get a room on 2nd floor. Our AC broke down several hours after checking in. The front desk guy wanted us to wait in the hot room for maintenance guy who would come some time later from home. It was already late and we had an early flight the next morning so we insited on the new room. The front desk guy tried telling us there were no rooms available but after some hesitation agreed to move us to a room. Not happy with the customer service and tiny rooms.

Make Sure You Get A King Double Or A Room By The Pool. Anything Else is Not Worth The Money. We Paid 214 For A Smelly Box the First Night. The Next Morning We Were Moved To The Room I Originally Paid For. Just make sure If You Bring Water and Stuff That You Bring Something To Clean The Fridge Out With

Room was very nice however the bathroom door needs to be changed asap..maybe a hanging door,according door install picket door. It was a huge problem. Thank you

This place is old and needs a renovation, has a dark brown color on hallway walls is just terrible, and i couln't sleep all night, people from de room in front of my room spent the night fitting, I called to complain but nothing was done about it.

Please, please replace those dinky little hard-as-a-Rock pillows. I did not sleep well and woke in the morning with a painful stiff neck 😕

The room was extremely small and overall the room was run down. The bathroom door hit the sink so you had to close the bathroom door in order to use the sink. The carpet was stained and needed to be stretched. However, the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
