i loved the fact that the shuttle was on time that was great.

We stayed at this property 2 years ago and were happy with our stay and service we had received. This week is a whole new look at this facility, every thing was VERY, VERY dirty! The floors in our hotel room had stones, crumbs or gritty stuff all over them which made our feet pitch black. The schuttle service we had was HORRIBlE and the gentleman was rude!!!! He never took our luggage in or out of the van for us, made us wait and extra 20 minutes in the van so he could have another cigarette and make a personal phone call in the parking lot before we even left for the airport and then on top of it all he dropped us all off in the wrong location for getting onto our flights.

It clearly lacked cleanliness. Actual filth that could be swept up in the bathroom and very musty smell strong enough to cause a headache.

The management needs to focus on cleanliness and train workers how to properly clean so that guests are even minimally comfortable. The rooms are dirty--the bathroom door needs to either be wiped clean or repainted. This is also true of the door to the room which is full of scratches and marks. There are food splashes and fingerprints on multiple surfaces throughout the room as well as balls of hair in corners of the bathroom. This is just unacceptable. Marketing pic on Orbitz looks nothing like actual hotel.

The rooms on first floor 2 queens very large and clean for price. Had refrigerator and sink. Right next pool area could walk few steps be outside relax. The shuttle service was prompt and on time to airport and cruise. The free breakfast was actually very good and kept up. No should go away hungry. They had waffles,eggs, sauage, donuts, muffins, toast, fruit, and cereal. The restaurant attached had good food at a good price. No need for car. Also a McDonald's and a gas station on other side to walk to. The staff was friendly and requested a first floor room on reservation and received it. For the price a night nothing bad to say except it is a older hotel and could use some updates.

It is too bad they do not have coffee earlier than 6 AM for early flight people. (Coffee pot in room did not work).

I found a string of hair on the towel and hair drier is broken. Otherwise everything good.

I like the quietness and I dislike the fact that the shuttle bus runs every hour

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location convenient to airport. Rooms were clean but tiny. Difficult for 2 people to move by one another in room. Bathroom door only partly opens because it hits sink. Floor lamp partially in front of bathroom door because it doesn’t fit anywhere else. Worst of all small windows appear to be screwed shut. Not sure if that meets fire code requirements

Very run-down premises. Shuttle runs only once an hours. But all of the people working there were very kind and helpful.

It was Very close to the airport and upon check in. They let my Wife and I check in 45mins early. They were soooooo nice.

Sports bar on premises, great place for dinner, good breakfast too

everything was nice, They got us to the port of Miami in plenty of time and the drive was very much fun to ride with he was interactive with the guest.
