DO NOT PREPAY BOOK A RESERVATION AT THIS HOTEL. We didn't make it due to the travel disruption from Maduro's capture. They hung up on me when I called, and denied the refund even under these circumstances. I've been unable to make other hotels due to unforeseen circumstances and they all refunded me.

My first room was nice… the second room was a little old and had torn/ dirty linens… paint was not neat. The airport shuttle is advertised as leaving at the top of the hour, came to the front lobby at 757am and the shuttle had already left & refused to turn around. The option for “early” checkin on the online registration system is never available & should r even be offered.

Our room was outdated. The carpet was very dirty with stains down the hallways. Foul smells in the hallways. Bed was comfy and the room was cozy. Staff were pleasant to talk to. Best part of the hotel? Old Tom’s Sports bar! Good food and service. Thanks Luke!
