Enjoy the beautiful white sand and crystal clear water by day and magnificent sunset views from the balcony. Sleeps 6 comfortably (max cap). Freshly painted, new luxury flooring throughout, two new walk-in showers, granite countertops and more. However, nothing tops the views of the Gulf at all times of the day. ❤️. Lots of great restaurants nearby. All walking distance. Amenities: Fully stocked kitchen; heated private pool; cable TV; free Wi/Fi and long distance phone (U.S./Canada); elevator/carts, laundry on each floor; Reserved parking spot. Non-Smoking/No Pets. Close to Tampa airport.
The space
We decorated the unit for our family to enjoy, so it's a step-above the usual beach condo rental. Couches are plush and comfortable. Huge dining room table. New beds. 55" TV in Living Room and TVs in both bedrooms. And we love to play games so you'll find Boggle, Uno, Yahtzee, backgammon, playing cards, cribbage and dominoes. We also have a library of books you can enjoy.
Guest access
You can access the entire unit. Drawers and closets are empty (except for assorted beach toys!). Charcoal grills are available downstairs in the northern part of the property with picnic tables by the beach.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Well maintained property. Well stocked with all that you need. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler let us spend longer intervals on the beach. Great restaurants and bistros within walking distance others were very close. The island is very well maintained. The pool was great. Covered/reserved parking was great. Great views from the spacious balcony. Sunsets were awesome. The property was one of the closest and convenient to the beach that we have ever stayed at. Owner was awesome with staying in contact and providing great information and recommendations.

This is the perfect place to stay for a great view of the ocean! We watched dolphins a couple times throughout the week! So cool!! The balcony had comfortable furniture with tons of space. We appreciated the supplies provided and the wonderful communication from Matt before and during our stay. He suggested some great places for us to eat and he was spot on! It was a plus having a designated parking space under cover and close to the elevator even though our week was the most beautiful and perfect weather! I do wish the property itself would have some stand alone umbrellas and little tables between the lounge chairs at the pool. The only umbrellas were attached to the concrete tables in the four corners and just about every day people’s belongings were sitting on the tables and the people were nowhere to be found! Frustrating to say the least for me because I have to be very careful with sun exposure and getting too much all at once. Matt provides an umbrella and several chairs for the beach which is awesome, plus a canopy thing, coolers, toys.. very nice to have on hand!! I would definitely recommend this condo if you’re looking for a more quiet area and less crowded beach area. We loved it!

My family and I have been Clearwater "Beachgoers" for years. We were looking for a place that unplugged from the how big and busy that location has become. This property and location offered that and more. Pristine beach and water, combined with an updated, clean and comfortable condo that feels like home. I appreciated the wide ranging dialogue prior to and during our stay. The additional amenities from the beach chairs, umbrellas and games were so convenient to have on site. It was an exceptional match, you won't be disappointed.

The property was clean and easy to access. There was some confusion about there being washer & dryers. They are outside the unit and you need an app to access. I found it frustrating to use. The bedrooms don’t have dressers or adequate hanging space, instead there are cubicles and a rod. The living room and dining room were comfortable. The patio to the beach is good. The pool is really nice except it is on Gulf Blvd, so lots of street noice. The owner was very responsive and quick to resolve issues. We have been renting in this area for a long time and felt it was over priced for what we got.

This is a beautiful, clean condo in a great location. Loved the convenience of being right on the beach and the amazing view from the large balcony. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach - chairs, umbrella, cooler, games, towels etc. The beds were comfy and condo furnishing were high quality. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach & Great Location

Just returned from 4 nights at this condo on Indian Rocks Beach. The family had an awesome time hanging out at the pool, the beach, and walking to some of the nearby attractions (go to DJ's for the Lobster Roll). Condo was excellent - exactly as expected with some great unexpected amenities as well. The hosts not only provided beach towels but also chairs and beach toys for the kids. Sunsets from the outdoor balcony were unbeatable - loved taking them in every night. Really looking forward to a return trip at some point!

The Condo clean and well equipped. The views were spectacular of the ocean and only have one negative Comment. My husband does aqua therapy in the pool every day and unfortunately the pool was not available to us Monday through Thursday. We only had Friday to use it.
