The kitchen and dining room offer views of the Gulf as well as options for seating, just right for dining and game night! Whether you are fixing a fancy meal or a picnic lunch, the full-size, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need with all the comforts of home. Want to dine alfresco? The dining room has a sliding glass door to the private Gulf front balcony, watch amazing sunsets as you enjoy your evening meal or refreshments. The 2nd bedroom has two Twin beds, a ceiling fan, and also has a view with a balcony. The Intracoastal Waterway gives you access to beautiful sunrises and keeps an eye out for passing dolphins too. The freshly updated living room has a view of the Intracoastal as well, with a TV, DVD player, and ceiling fan. This condo has an inside utility room with a washer/dryer and utility sink. FREE secure Wi-Fi and FREE Long Distance to U.S. and Canada are also provided. Use the elevator or the back stairs to access the pool and beach area for a day of fun in the sun.
