AC didn't work on a 90 degree + day. Staff was nice enough but there wasn't anything they could do as there were no free rooms. I ended up driving home. Hotels.com refunded my money...well most of it. I'm still about 10 dollars short and will miss a mini vacation we were looking forward to.

The room itself was not bad, but the bathroom was old, there were stains on the door and the walls., The breakfast was not good: sad-looking omelet and sausages.

Called left message never got call back. Called second time an hour later question answered. Got to Hotel no one in lobby but 2 other guests. After several minutes called hotel again let clerk know we were waiting. Clerk was not very cheerful or friendly. She did answer all our questions.
