The suite was nice and spacious, loved that it had a door to separate the living and dining from the bedroom. Alrhough the door di not shut properly and could not be locked. The fact that it had a sofa bed was great, made it more like a 2 bdr. Al ttyt hough the matress could use an upgrade and the sheets did not fit. All in all i would stay there again, it was a comfort stay and the price wasnt bad. Also could use more variety at breakfast, switch it up a lottle from day to day.

The property was a little dated, but not overly bad. The room itself was clean, and the shower was good. Bathroom was ok. Breakfast was adequate.

Checked in was easy and front desk friendly. We came during a thunderstorm and were assigned an upstairs room. Carried all of our stuff to the room to find one of the room keys didnt work, but immediately walked back out of the room due to a really foul ordor. Back down to walk to the lobby where we were assigned another room, across the street this one on the bottom floor. Back out into the rain and across the street, we carry everything in to the room, which had no odor, and are getting ready for our dinner reservations, and guess what? Shower doesnt drain at all! Call front desk, they offer us yet another room, or we can check out and go through orbitz for a refund. Mind you dinner is in an hour and a half. Take the 3rd room option, and the shower works and no smell. Will not stay ever again.

The room was satisfactory, overall. Shower was very good, but bathroom was very small. Room did not have a coffee maker. Room was quiet, even though the Inn is on a main road. Did hear a train a few times (tracks near the Inn). The restaurant on-site was very good, and only 40' from out room. Overall, a good experience.

The check in staff was friendly, the room was very spacious and clean. The location was great. If you enjoy walking it is about a 10 minute walk to the old jail area and about a 20 minute walk into the historic downtown. What I didn't like is that the walls are thin. So we could hear everything going on in the rooms on both sides. There was a lot of noise late night and we were woken up early by the noise as well.

Such a beautiful hotel with great curb appeal. Our bed was very stiff and not the most comfortable and the room service didn't come and straighten up nor change our towels but all in all a great place to stay to see the Festival of Lights!

staff very good

Muy limpio, excelente

Train horns at night. No room service, no clean towels or even garbage disposal. Included breakfast was unsatisfactory. Water pressure was poor. Not RECOMMENDED

The deluxe room itself was nicely sized and remodeled, but there were several things that would make me less likely to go there again. The second bed was awful. Lumpy, uneven, and uncomfortable. The cigarettes smoke from outside wafted in so much it smelled like a smoking room. I barely slept the entire time. Good pool, decent location, reasonably clean, nice staff, and fairly quiet were the upside.

Just needed an overnight place- it was fine for that. Easy check in and out. Would stay again if IIn a pinch.

Nice spacious rooms. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. We needed to get in our room a little early to decorate for a girlfriend's birthday and they were absolutely fine with it. I locked myself out and they didn't hesitate to let me back in. LOL! Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

We have stayed there before and it was incredible, clean rooms, sanitized beds, friendly staff, it was a wonderful stay but now this time around it was the exact opposite. We arrived and we were put in the room where the light was not working so we requested we get another room and they reluctantly agreed. I was charged extra for having a service dog even though the website did not mention that there’s an extra charge for having a service dog, the room it self was unclean as well. The room had dirty floors, the shower smelled of mildew and of mold because of the rubber mat and the stains on the ceiling, our room had two beds which one was infested with ants and spiders in the room. Overall the stay was less than pleasant which is really disappointing because the area is ideal and our past experience was so pleasing.

I loved the location of the property and that it has a trolley stop. We visited 3 years ago and it had a different name " the jaybird inn" . I enjoyed the property better 3 years ago. The staff this trip was very accommodating, we originally had a room next to very loud neighbors and the staff quickly moved us to a more suitable room. Breakfast was subpar, but I'm blaming covid for that. Over all it was a decent stay.
