Open and clean. Nice warm entrance. Check in staff was very nice

Very clean and friendly! Excellent cookies!!!! Great location.

Booked and paid for a king suite. We checked in and went up to our room but it was just a standard room. Called the front desk to ask if this what they consider a “suite”. The front desk said that the room I booked wasn’t available. Why not address this when I checked in rather than be sneaky about it? I was told that a guest had decided to “extend his stay” in the room I had booked. This property apparently knows how to take a reservation but not keep one. After much “ discussion” the manager offered a small refund on my booking. We eventually agreed to half off. I really don’t care about the money as the time planned with family members in a suite could not happen. Horribly disappointing experience at this property. Never again.

We did not get a room. T&$@n the night person was awful. We had tried to check-in early (12:00), but we were told we could not. We did not return to the hotel until midnight due to the plans/commitments we had for the day and were then told there was no room available (even though I had an email from Orbitz at 8:01 pm asking how check-in was - to rate it - so I assumed we had a room). The person at the front desk (T$&@n) was very rude and inconsiderate. His opening statement when he realized he did not have a room available for us was, “well, we recommended not booking with 3rd party dealers”....and it was all downhill from there. He refused to let me speak to a supervisor. He obviously either spoke to someone or had his own authority to find us a room at the Sheraton (25 mins away) but refused to print me a receipt that stated my room was refunded. He also claimed that we would have a shuttle available to take us back to the Hilton in the morning to retrieve our vehicle but wouldn’t guarantee it because he said it was up to the Sheraton in the morning to get us back to his hotel for our vehicle. He was lying through his teeth and refused to make the accommodationwith the Sheraton to ensure we had a ride back in the morning (isn’t that what someone with basic customer service skills would do after telling a guest that they did not have a room for them even though the customer had already paid for the room)?? No refund. No guarantee of ride. No voucher. No service. Hilton FAIL

Nice hotel close to airport and downtown restaurants.

Friendly staff. Great room. Definitely will stay again.

We reserved the room for a Saturday night after a concert at the casino. It was a bit of a drive, but worth it. The breakfast was fabulous. We requested a mimosa for breakfast, and the wait staff fixed it for us, even though the bar was not open. Great service!

Shampoo and soap from previous guest was still in my shower along with used Kleenex on my night stand. Server at breakfast could not remember which tables his orders went to and all three omelettes at my table were burnt. Hotel lobby bathroom trash cans were still full of trash from the day before at 7:30 AM.

This was an awesome hotel from the parking lot to the room. The first step out of the car was the smell of the garden out front. Walked into the lobby and it smelled great. The front desk employee was helpful. The hotel felt secure. The hallways were well lit. The room was better than expected. The room had adjustable firmness or softness however you chose. It had everything from microwave, room fridge, and a keurig coffee maker. Overall my stay was wonderful and went beyond expectation.

It was a nice hotel, stayed for a conference I was attending the next day. I felt for the price of the room that the continental breakfast should have been provided and not be a charge of $6.00.

Friendly staff! Clean hotel that we would definitely stay in again!

Nice clean hotel. Very friendly helpful staff! Nice location!

Very convenient to I-29 and to shopping and restaurants. Check-in was fast. Room was clean and comfortable.

It was nice, but the whole rason we got that hotel room was because it said it had a dual pressure control for the bed. So we spent extra money thinking it would be absolutely amazing. Well, we set the control to "soft" and there was absolutely no difference. There was no change from "firm" to "soft", and it was a pretty firm bed, which we do not like firm beds. Other than that it was great. Just wish they wouldn't advertise a dual pressure control of it isn't going to work.

On top of the outstanding features this property has, the customer service was the best I've ever experienced. I moved from Seattle to Chicago and needed to stop for a couple of days to conduct business. The staff made the experience so smooth, heling me with faxes, scanning documents, and always with a smile.

I took my 13 yr old son and his friend for a 2 day birthday slash back to school shopping getaway. I loved the location of the hotel, the pool, spa and workout rooms were very nice! Overall a very good experience and stay

Located conveniently off the interstate and a short drive from great shopping area.

Unorganized. Shuttle was being used for a Wedding reception when it should have been for all guest staying at the hotel. T.V. channels were distorted
