Easy come and go, restaurant on premises with AWESOME food

Corner room was nice and clean, no elevator but only on the 2nd of 2 floors and right next to a balcony. Close to Historic Deadwood but nice and quiet area. Diner was attached for a quick and good breakfast.

I liked the location and the staff was very freindly. It was very peaceful and quiet. They need better wifi and many people stay for more than one night and a small fridge would help.

I thought the staff was great, having a restaurant in the building was nice, and the free drink passes was nice as well.

I liked the location and that it was away for the crowded downtown area. The restaurant there was great. Very clean room.

Rooms are nice, clean and updated, but noisy, walls and ceilings are paper thin. Book an upper level room and expect it to be noisy, dissapointing because we like so many other things about this hotel.

Room was small, but enough for our needs. Shower needed maintenance. Temp varied from painfully cold to dangerously hot without touching any adjustments. Drain was clogged, which is something of a pet peeve of mine. The bed was comfortable, but there is periodic noise from the on site casino. An okay stay at the right price overall. Staff is very friendly.

Clean, but small room. Close to shopping and restaurants. No refrigerator or microwave. No breakfast.

This was the worst stay I and my wife have had at this hotel and will not ever go back to this hotel! Just so everyone knows this, we have been going to this hotel on and off since 1991. On this stay the electronic door locks did not work correctly and you had to bull rush against door to get it to open. Wash rag had dirt and what looked like make up on it. Toilet and tub were not that clean. Fortunately we always bring Clorox disinfecting wipes. Floor was uneven and went uphill in the bathroom. I finally got a room at the Baymont hotel in Keystone SD for half the cost and was cleaner. I think we found our new location to come to South Dakota.

the woman at the front desk ( Shannon ) was great she had a great personality and got us a great room. We loved the chairs outside our room to sit and relax and enjoy the scenery

Loved the Staff at the hotel and restaurant. Has a trolley stop

Perfect hotel for your Deadwood trip. Clean rooms, friendly staff and less than a mile from downtown. The food at the restaurant is incredible and the waitress was amazing!! Will defiantly stay here again next time we are in Deadwood.

We found the staff to be courteous, helpful, and friendly. Location was a plus as well, close to attractions and historical sites. A+ for cleanliness!

Older style hotel. I stayed only one night, luckily. We could hear outside the people outside talking. There were chairs and an ash tray just outside the room, so other guests would smoke. No frig or micro inside, bUT the furniture had an empty cutout for a mini frig. Room was dusty, window heater did not heat room. It kept turning on and off. We had to wear clothes to bed.

The shuttle to downtown stops at the hotel. Cost very little. A nice restaurant is right there on the property. Very nice people work at this hotel, very accommodating. Loved the experience.

Older motel with attached restaurant. Room was very small but kept clean. We had a queen size bed, so I guess some other rooms were bigger. Probably a 2 1/2 star.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, about a mile walk from downtown

It is what it is a cheap place to stay in Deadwood. Rooms are clean.

Hotel was fine, clean, and staff was very nice, however, we felt the city was nothing more than a gambling center which claims to be from the "Old West". We found the area was more about the old city trying to capitalize on old west history but using gambling as the pull. Would NEVER recommend this city to anyone.

We were traveling with an other couple and got two rooms that were in our own private suite. The rooms were large and very clean. We enjoyed playing cards and relaxing. The tub and shower was very clean and shiny! The staff called to check on us because there was a slight mix up in rooms but all was handled nicely and they wanted us to be comfortable and happy! Very nice stay!
