Hotel was very clean and updated. Breakfast was great! Room was very small (King bed) but worked for two people. Downside was the mini fridge was extremely mini. Hard to fit much in it and there are no microwaves in the rooms so you have to go down to lobby to heat up leftovers. Fire alarms went off at 2:30AM and we were evacuated due to smoke/burning rubber in an elevator. As we were evacuating, a hotel employee told us (as we were all going down the stairs) that he "heard someone just pulled the fire alarm on purpose" and that he "thought everything was ok and to go back to our rooms," all while we are smelling burning rubber/smoke. Staff should be encouraged to not insert their "thoughts" when fire alarms are going off and there is clearly something wrong. It was already chaotic trying to get all floors' guests down one stairwell and he certainly didn't need to express what his thoughts were when he clearly didn't know. All in all it was a nice hotel.

Great facility and location

Very clean and quiet. Nice place to stay.

Was clean, liked soap dispensers in bathroom. Enjpyed the casino.

Great experience at deadwood except for defiant people not wearing masks. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very clean, but terrible bagged breakfast my orange was rotten, we had a cereal bar and bottle of water..I understand COVID is happening but breakfast could be way better. Parking cost $15 a day

Took an hour to find the girl for the front desk to check in.

The room is ok. But the water 🚿 it Feels like slimy in the skin, even though there’s no soap anymore or shampoo in the body. Feels weird. Maybe it’s because of the water came from the mountain idk. But we had fun staying in deadwood 🙂

Very nice hotel situated close to town and on Trolly route. Room was very quiet as well. I liked the modern flair. Only thing I didn’t care for were the “squeeze” toiletry things on walls and in shower. Very hard to squeeze to get products out.

The rooms are fairly compact so there isn’t any enclosed storage for you clothes or suitcases. We had our 8 month old with and there was barely room for the pack and play. There was no ice bucket or ice available. The mattress was extremely hard and pillows were almost flat. Very disappointed for a hotel that’s less than 1 year old. Breakfast is only served until 9 am and wasn’t communicated very well. We saw people show up at 9 and they closed the access while people were trying to get food. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t serve until 10 am. This was not very accommodating especially with the price of the rooms.
