Loved staying here. It was quiet and convenient. Very clean.

The delivery robot was pretty cool.

location was great, pizza restaurant staff great, front desk staff was unprofessional looking and acting. On their phones, hoods up on their sweatshirts, not engaging or helpful.

The hotel was nice. Also, the location was nice as well.

staff was excellent. liked the breakfast. Could use more storage in room.

I did not appreciate parking charge

Hotel was very clean and updated. Breakfast was great! Room was very small (King bed) but worked for two people. Downside was the mini fridge was extremely mini. Hard to fit much in it and there are no microwaves in the rooms so you have to go down to lobby to heat up leftovers. Fire alarms went off at 2:30AM and we were evacuated due to smoke/burning rubber in an elevator. As we were evacuating, a hotel employee told us (as we were all going down the stairs) that he "heard someone just pulled the fire alarm on purpose" and that he "thought everything was ok and to go back to our rooms," all while we are smelling burning rubber/smoke. Staff should be encouraged to not insert their "thoughts" when fire alarms are going off and there is clearly something wrong. It was already chaotic trying to get all floors' guests down one stairwell and he certainly didn't need to express what his thoughts were when he clearly didn't know. All in all it was a nice hotel.

Great facility and location

Very clean and quiet. Nice place to stay.

Was clean, liked soap dispensers in bathroom. Enjpyed the casino.

Great experience at deadwood except for defiant people not wearing masks. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very clean, but terrible bagged breakfast my orange was rotten, we had a cereal bar and bottle of water..I understand COVID is happening but breakfast could be way better. Parking cost $15 a day

Took an hour to find the girl for the front desk to check in.
