Mediocre.

It was confusing to find the check in for the hotel up one story, not ground level. They should do a better job of advertising that the Hilton “Tru” line is a bare bones hotel with very few amenities in the room. Since it’s a casino downstairs there are plenty of loud, drunk people to interrupt your sleep.

Person checking us in was less than enthused about her job. Was very impersonal and rude. Mattress and pillows were terrible! Stains on the pillow cases and comforter. For what we paid this was all very disappointing!!

Had to pay for parking and then the one night we got back and drove around parking lot for a half an hour before we could find an open spot. Housekeeping only comes to your room every other day to check on towels, garbage, etc. We had to go ask for towels because no one ever came to check our room. We stayed for 4 nights so our room should have been checked twice and never was.
