Did not get the room I reserved. Reserved two queens and was given a king and a sofa bed. Specifically requested no sofa bed.

Convenient to all tourist areas. Appeared to be quality rooms.

Friendly staff, very clean, centrally locates between Mt. Rushmore/Custer State Park, Deadwood and Badlands.

didn't like that their industrial washer/dryers shook the room

Clean, really courteous staff, we were there for 4 nights and could not have been happier in the one bedroom suite that included full kitchen. Close enough to all major attractions too, would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable beds and the adjacent water park was an added bonus (a little extra but sooooo worth it!) I didn't realize but sure was nice to tire the kids in the evening.

I am not picky but this hotel was a major disappointment. If I have known it didn’t have WiFi or working landline phones, I would have not booked it as I need to do work while on vacation. Here is the summary of issues: 1. Masks are required for guests but cleaning staff does not wear them. Seriously?? 2. Room was dirty with old goldfish crackers behind curtains. Dishes were wet and dirty. When I pulled a plate from a shelf upon arrival, water spilled on my legs. Plate had food on it. I had to manually re-wash all the dishes and glasses. 3. Room had broken light fixtures and shipped light switches. 4. No WiFi if you have iPhone. I called front desk and was asked to call some number. After 40 mins on the phone, WiFi provided could not resolve the issue. 5. Landline phones don’t work. I had to call front desk about WiFi issue and got disconnected within seconds 4 times. Front desk rep said: phones are finicky, don’t move. That didn’t help. Even on speaker, I got disconnected. If no WiFi and no phones, how can you do work? 6. No room service as expected, but when you put out 12 towels (bath, face, hand) and only get 4 back, that doesn’t make any sense. You need to constantly call front desk to fix issues and phones don’t work. Please stay elsewhere. Big regret staying at this disorganized hotel.

Absolutely beautiful. Exceeded our expectations by a large margin. Stayed an extra night.

The waterpark is a perfect ending to a long day of South Dakota Black Hills sight seeing.

Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t as good as it usually is due to the quarantine but it was understandably not under anyone’s control

I would have liked the bathroom entrance to be outside of the bedroom.

Great hotel! Very friendly staff! Noon checkout, fast free Wi-Fi, great free breakfast, and evening MIX! It's about a 15-minute ride to or from the Rapid City Regional Airport. The hotel doesn't have its own shuttle, but it does contract with Rapid Express. However, you can get a Lyft for roughly $18 pre-tip either way.

Quick and friendly check in, clean room and great breakfast.

Very nice room. All the amenities. Good breakfast.

Great activities planned for guests in the evening. The room was large and well designed, with space to relax.

We loved everything about our stay! Beautiful, clean and fully stocked room, friendly and helpful desk staff and delicious breakfasts. I also have to give a huge shout-out to the lovely lady who manages the breakfast service - so very upbeat and ready to meet your every need, highly recommend!

Nice hotel with an awesome water park attached, great for children.

Very nice Will stay again Eggs and bacon for breakfast Salad and chili dogs and fruit salad free beer and wine 6pm to 730 Highly recommend
