Very clean great hotel. The only thing that didn’t work was the hot tub jets. Turning the timer on the wall did not activate the jets. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Second stay at this property. Same room even. Hotel in disarray. Paint missing. Only sorta clean in places. Hot. Hot. Hot. Room remained at 74 despite open windows and air being on. Definitely do not recommend to anyone who is temperature sensitive.
Very clean. Great breakfast $10.00 per person all you can eat. Nice place.
Great staff everywhere! Hot tub was great, pool was a little cold for the kids, some carpet stains and ripping on third floor hallways. My grandson left his souvenirs in our room - Mary at the front desk could not find them but she did give me a call back to let me know where she looked and that she was so sorry she couldn't find them. Thanks Mary!

Very nice suite with a jetted tub/whirlpool. The view out our window is always looking across the roof of the lobby, very weird.
Arrived at 9:50 PM ( Late Plane Arrival ) - Kitchen was already closed, at the counter they told me since they had a line break - and very few guest - staff shut down early - Ok, front desk asked me if I received a call about the room - ( I requested 1st floor ) - I did NOT get a call from the manager indicating that the first 2 floors were flooded and I would have to use the stairs due to the Elevators being down. Later found out this is a condition that will last though APRIL 2018! - Wont be staying again - Room - Vent in Bathroom did not work - Door to Shower would not shut. Normally I do get Breakfast included with my reservation, this time I noticed it was not included, but after some discussion they said- "we will give you breakfast I guess" wow --don't go out of your way. Then the next day I asked for room service, note: there were very few folks staying at the hotel - maybe 10 guest. I was told : "we are not doing room service, because the elevators are out"?? What?? Can't you use the stairs like all of your guests? NO we won't. Since my room was book 3rd party, no discounts, no recovery. The staff did NOT offer any concessions of ANY kind - and frankly offered no apologies, only that "they" ( the Staff ) were being "inconvenienced" by the contractors, and "inpatient guest" WONDER WHY?? Wow, this manager and front guest staff have completely lost my business - I Travel to this location often, too bad I wont be able to stay there going forward.
