Cambria Hotel & Suites Rapid City

Nice hotel, enjoyed the majority

Only thing that wasn't enjoyable was the heater in room. Quit working at 1 am and didn't work until 8am. Fan wouldn't kick out the warm air. Wouldn't have been so bad but it was 19° out that night.

MainStay Suites

Wonderful Experience!

My brother and I were traveling with my elderly father, a WWII veteran heading to DC as part of Veteran’s Honor Flight. We were scheduled to fly out early from Rapid City, so stayed at the hotel. The handicapped assessable room was perfect and the beds were so comfortable. We especially appreciated the shuttle service to the airport as transporting my father, who uses a wheelchair, can be difficult. It was wonderful to experience the friendly staff and comfortable facility so we were all rested before our trip. Thanks so much!!

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rapid City

No cot needed use the window seat.

All the rooms have this cool window seat that you can throw your suitcase on or your kid! We booked two joining queen rooms and the window seat will accommodate a small adult easily. We just picked up an extra set of sheets and blanket from the front desk and made a bed. The seat cushion is adequate for bedding. Two nights and it worked perfectly. The only con was three days in a row the breakfast was the same canned sausage gravy and biscuits. They have cereal, apples, yoghurt, waffles but it would have been nice to have the hot breakfast change at least once! Good coffee bar all day. The Staff are super nice, and did their best to help us with directions to the Sonic. We were there during a school track meet and the staff kept up with the food as quick as the kids were devouring it. Pets are allowed too.
