The front desk clerk was very kind and personable. Check in was easy and the hotel looked nice from the outside. Inside it smelled like old cigarette smoke and the room was very dingy. I know we stayed in a pet room but there were pet stains on the carpet, my comforter which was the only blanket had crusty brown stain on it and the bathroom had A LOT of hair in the tub. On the floor there was a used elastic hair tie that was not mine. It was too late to get a different hotel or we would not have stayed

The room was not as described in many ways; The deluxe room write up stated it had a fireplace and separate sitting area and that all rooms are oversized, while in fact there was no fireplace, no separate sitting area, and only an average sized room with one chair at the desk. The carpets were dirty and stained, the tv was small, the room was dark with burnt out bulbs, there were stains on the wall by the bathroom mirror. Breakfast was ok, but no fruit and creamer for coffee was powdered.

Not a clean hotel

Very disappointed in the room cleaning. Very little option for continental breakfast. Hotel needs upgrades but the cleaning is the real issue here. Unfortunately I would not stay here again.

Price for room was great staff were pleasant and kind in your description it was stated that guest could use a near by gym since you didn't offer that when asked about gym clerk at front desk stated she new nothing about that actually none of your front desk clerks had no clue when shown the information on web site they looked lost after noting the free gym access was not available should remove that also breakfast wasnt that great toast bagels and cereal no fruit or sweet rolls or doughnuts should get a waffle maker also maybe some yogurt Besides no gym access and not a buffet breakfast just toast bagels and cereal which is not what one would consider a buffet breakfast , the whole building was clean the maids were very kind and assisted you in any way they could we personally tipped her The envelope in room was kinda tacky We always tip our maids having envelope in room just tacky Overall the bed was comfortable nice stream in shower hot water was great room clean sad to see prices on all items in room if stolen that was a new thing to see that we have never seen on our travels but sad people actually steal and have no respect pool was warm and clean yard was clean overall i will rate you a 10/10 we were comfortable felt safe and bed was great and everyone very friendly and soooo nice thank you for the stay

I didnt like anything about it. The staffbehind the counter was rude from the moment we got there. Then there eas s $100 deposit taken, and added fees of $40.87 on top of the money i pd expedia. I was placed in a room with 2 queen beds not a room with a king bed as reserved. In the am, staff just as rude and refused to print a receipt for rpom. Took 25min to get receipt after arguing with front desk. Unbelievable!!
