I've stayed here b4 & the rooms are clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff is friendly but not as knowledgeable as they could be for unusual instances. The 2 star parts of my rating are based on 2 negitive things that occurred during my stay. I was traveling 6 hours for my grandsons birthday & my present was going to be the use of the pool & large waterslide this hotel has. It was the sole reason I chose to stay there. While checking in I was informed the pool failed city inspection am& was shut down until it could pass that inspection, which could take a few weeks. The inability to use such an attraction should be posted as a notice when booking your room informing customers ahead of time allowing them the option to choose if use of the pool is a amenity they're looking for. My other issue is somewhat rare, I have a PS4 console & when utilizing any hotels wifi, there is no way to simply connect to its wifi, this applies to every hotel I've stayed at so I am very familiar with the process required to connect. It involves contacting the hotels' internet service providers technical support team & have them manually grant the console access. Issue being the acknowledgement page where you have to agree to the terms & conditions of using the wifi provided by the hotel. The console can't open that page w/o full access & can't obtain full access w/o acknowledgment. IT is able to override that barrier. Staff had no contact info I needed to accomplish this.

Really nice place

we arrived early for check in and she was kind enough to move things around for us to get in early. we had driven for 3 hours and my husband was hoping to get in the room early to lay down before we went to the softball games! So that was great! The disappointing part was that the pool was closed!! Our grandkids loved that so much last year when they came! We have stayed here around 6 times for our yearly travel for Ring neck softball and always glad to book it with you! One thing I can not really like was the amount of dogs that I saw with people staying in the hotel! There was dog hair on the rug in the hallway - gross. I love dogs but not sure I would want to stay in a room that had been occupied with a dog/dogs! Also, i know that some of the rooms are going to need updating, but our room seemed very nice, but not new, since I had seen it before, but the paint job in the bathroom #156 O M G really- such sloppy mess!!!Paint was on the tile ,floor, carpet, absolutely everywhere EXCEPT where it was it was supposed to be!! Wow !! It was such a turn off when it could have been an improvement! It wasn't! otherwise- good breakfast, was different than usual but still nice- nice long serving time, as we went to the game at 8:00 and came back then to eat! Nice to have coffee in the entrance ! I We really do love staying here, and I saw they were doing some landscaping in the garden area, and that I love to see every year, so peacefull out there!!

Wont book here again

First room I got the door did not lock. Second room I got had not been remodeled. The hotel had buckets in the hallway to catch water from the leaking ceiling. The bed and pillows were rock hard. Whole hotel felt like a landlord special. Slapped on some cheap paint and vinyl floors and then think they can overcharge. The whole place just felt dirty and dingy.

Need to do proper maintenence. Toilet flush not working proper and washroom water not drain its take forever to drain water. Ac filter smell bed. My friend room dont even have freeze and his washrrom clogged so he has to go didferent room to take shower which they help to give another room just for shower but that should not be happen. Staffe is helpful but they need to update or make room work proper

Cute but Awful

First room we were given had been flooded, the carpet was squishy and the whole room smelled of mold. The carpet was sticky in the second room. The pool/waterpark was closed for maintenance. There were random children just hanging out riding bikes/scooters throughout the hotel.

When I arrived the 2 front desk attendants were arguing about what the other should be doing and then I was finally helped buy someone who I can only assume was new bc he kept saying I don’t know how to do things. If I’m paying over $150 a night I should be comfortable in the room. There was trash left in the room from someone else, there were bugs everywhere, what looked like blood stains on the floor. When I was there it was super hot however there was a heat warning so that might have contributed to it. There was a family there but their kids were sleeping in the lobby and running around outside. It was just not a great experience.

No cover on AC; drapes falling off rod; bathroom door catches on new floor tile. We knew at $100/night we weren't at the Ritz. We also bought air freshener as room was smelly. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly... we did have trouble communicating with maintenance man from Nicaquara.
