Very noticeable blood spots on the sheets and at least 7 cigarette burns in the comforter. Staff is very nice but I am deaf and unable to ask for help easily.

It was very loud. I could hear everything the neighbors did and they always seemed to be active late at night.

The person checking in before me complained about not getting her deposit back the last time she stayed there. There was a sign saying that the motel was not liable for any damage to vehicles in the parking lot. The desk was going to charge me for extra pillows (only two in the room) until I complained, and said I had asthma. The bathroom sink stopper would not stay open, so sink did not drain. The sink also had not been cleaned; there were water spots (hopefully that's what they were) all over the faucet. No facial tissue in room and was told by the desk they did not have any. Phone in room did not work. No clock. Remote did not work by end of stay. The back was missing, so that was probably why. Only two partial rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we ran out and had to go to the desk for more. (We were also using it for tissues.) Barely a dribble came out of the shower head. There was good water pressure from the faucets, so that wasn't the problem. There is no elevator. When I asked for a room change, I was told no. There was no offer to help a 63 year old lady with bad knees, either.

The place was convenient. The hallway reeked of cigarettes. I would not recommend it if you are a non-smoker.

The room was dirty. Immediately noticed that a dirty washrag was left behind the bathroom door. Before we could call to notify the front desk a stranger opened our room door - with her own key for the same room! Called the front desk immediately and they asked this stranger to go back and get a new key/room. Decided that mistakes happen and remain. We Left The hotel for a few hours for dinner, when we arrived back to our room, and preparing for bed, I switched the lights to the bathroom on and at least 3 Cockroaches scrambled across the floor and went under one bed. I immediately repacked our bags and checked out!

The manager on duty was very friendly and helpful but the facility wasn’t very clean and the amenities were limited due to the Corona virus. We should have received a discount. Also the noise level made it hard to fall asleep and the heater made a loud vibrating sound so we had to shut it off so we got cold.

It was clise to the mall and stores its right off the interstate.very reasonable price

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! When we checked into our room the sheets on your beds weren't even changed. Pillow cases were filthy! They gave us another room which was soo cold and the floor was dirty. With temperaturees below 0, we needed the heater, which only worked when it wanted too. We left for the afternoon and when we got back our heater was covered in ice inside and water was running all over the floor.By morning time, water was running down the wall next to the outlet :(! We paid for the second night in advance but we ended up not staying! The hotel description was NOTHING like hotel! We we're excited for the hot tub and when I went to check it out the pool area was so small and smelt so bad of chlorine that I think they were trying to cover up the smell from the hot tub and there was no water in the hot tub but it was covered in yellow mold and the steps and pieces from the pool we're thrown into the hot tub. I was very disappointed! I know they also had breakfast but we never made it to that! Overall, I would never stay in this hotel again, i don't even know how they pass inspection s!

Pool was empty. Poor continental breakfast, no fruit or hot water for tea. Found four bugs in the bedroom. Thin walls, heard neighbors all night.

Decent budget hotel if what you are looking for is a place to sleep. Pool closed for renovations. Breakfast options were very average. Not bad for the price.
