Nice clean hotel. Go downtown to eat.

The staff was very helpful in trying to assist us with the fact that we really did not have phone (our cell) until we reached St. Paul MN

The property was extremely cleaned, the staff was very professional and alway helpful. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stay one night and while the staff are friendly the breakfast is disappointing. We went on a family road trip for 9 days and stay in 8 different hotels most in Midwest area including Country Inn and suites at Billings, and this is the only hotel did not provide eggs or bacon or sausages in the morning, only strawberry yogurt.

This hotel was very clean and both the public areas and rooms were charmingly decorated, but a hotel's reputation is ultimately based on its employees and the service they provide and this hotel had horrible customer service. I arrived around 10:45 pm on a Saturday night. A man and his family were waiting to check in ahead of me. There were no employees, however, to check either of us in. The check-in process ultimately took 25 minutes. After finally checking in and getting into my room, I went to retrieve additional items from my car. Upon returning to my room my key card immediately did not work. Now around 11:15 or 11:25 pm on a Saturday night there was no one at the front desk again. Finally, the same employee returned to the desk. She said she was the only employee working at the hotel and that no managers were on duty. This was a very frustrating experience on a weekend night stay. More than one employee should be working at a hotel of this purported caliber.

Floors and elevator floors need to be mopped up more often they are really wet and slippery from the pool.

Clean quiet affordable

I liked the breakfast. Our entire stay was above and beyond. Good job staff!

This place was recently refinished and it was very nice. The rooms were clean, updated, and the amenities were exceptional. Thanks again!

Breakfast options very limited

It was very clean and quiet. We didn't understand why both TVs were on when we arrived. Made us think someone was already in the room. (That happened to us once.) If it is meant to be welcoming, it might not be giving the message intended.

Property was on an excellent location. Breakfast was a little skimpy.

I liked the area of the hotel

Friendly check-in, excellent accommodations, water slide to the pool, pool open to adults until midnight. Walking distance from good food, or an easy drive to more options! We will be staying at a Country Inn again!!

I thought there were added on fees that made the stay more expensive than advertised.
