Maintenance Needed

I enjoyed my stay at Baymont. Two things that I had a minor issue with: 1. They need to have full size pillows on the bed not the small ones that are just for the head. 2. I put my A/C on 70 right before I left for the day with anticipation that it would be cool in my room. When I returned, it was HOT! The temp was 86 degrees! Yes, I checked the thermostat and it was set on A/C. I switched it over to heat and the air condition came on.

The bathroom wasn't very clean! Dirt on the walls and door; and, mildew/mold buildup the corners where the shower meets the floor. This was off-putting and disappointing as we have always been happy with our stays here. The carpeting needs a good cleaning, as well
