Great hotel, restaurant was good, amenities were good. Breakfast was an unexpected, delicious surprise.
One night stay, the breakfast was good, the room had super stinky carpet that needs replacement asap. Otherwise, the room was clean.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was soft and comfortable. Price was good. Breakfast was very nice - many choices.

After 2 nights at the Wyndham Hawthorne Suites in Dickinson, which were magnificent, this property could not have been more of a let down. In no particular order: TV took about 30 seconds to display and 10 seconds between each channel, phone did not work, pillows were bad and not even standard size, receipt not left under the door and despite leaving my email still have not received a receipt, chairs in breakfast area felt like they were about to collapse, breakfast was lousy with inconsistent offerings, frozen pastries and biscuits and cold hot food offerings, had to get new keys at least three times in a week and we were not alone on that count. Disappointed in a big way to say the least. Would never stay there again. On the plus side, the night clerk was a standout in every way possible. Young man who did a great job.

Place was ok until I got to the room. The bed was sway back, sink handle broken, no way to hold water in the sink. Light bulbs out above the sink. Chair in the room was filthy. We asked for towels each day and got nothing or the wrong towels. And to cap it off someone tried to get into our room because the front desk gave a key card to some else and that was on the fourth night we were there. Room and beds were fine. Needs black out curtains. Breakfast not as shown in photo. Probably due to COVID, but only offers cereal, yogurt, etc.
It is right off the highway. It needs some tlc. Terrible beds and furniture was broken glued to fix and carpet was very worn. Would not recommend for the price.

For the price I was not pleased. The room was clean. There was gum in the hall way that stayed for 2 days and was there when we left. We requested a rollaway bed when we booked. When we checked in there was not one available. Parking was limited. It was a good location.
