Our stay was comfortable. We had to ask the desk every day for our room to be serviced and it still was not (1 day out of 5). Had to go get my own towels three days. Breakfast was there but the same almost every day.

One night we had trouble with the wifi in our room so I went down to the front desk and the young girl helped me out and called wifi support right away and they where able to reboot it quickly in about 5 minutes and it worked perfectly the rest of the trip. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed or asked for.

Morning, the stay was awesome. There for the bike rally in Sturgis. Only had one dryer that worked. Work on cleaning the pool area . The handle to get in the pool was broken. Everything else was great.

The only thing noticed every day and time get into elevator is it had an odor i dont know what it was but not a pleasant smell. Other than that rooms are nice and clean and breakfast was good.

I had 2 Suites. Mine and my husband’s was nice but the Suite I got for my son was dirty. The coffee pot was not clean and still had a dirty bag in it , the chairs around the table were all laying over on the floor and the fireplace didn’t work. They didn’t offer another room very disappointed.

We were impressed by this location! The staff at check-in was super friendly. The beds were especially comfortable. They did run out of items at breakfast but seemed to be tending to the breakfast area as best as possible given the high volume of people.
