The A/C was loud and emitted rattling noises. Staff could have been more friendly. They acted like I was bothering them. I liked that maid service was upon request. And if you just wanted towels or extra soap or whatever amenities, you filled out a form and hung it on your door and when you returned the amenities were outside your door in a plastic bag. So, no one ever entered your room.

Check in was nice and quick, and they relayed good, useful information. There are only two ice machines and the one on the 3rd floor doesn't work, so only the 1st floor ice machine works. The linoleum is loose in the room and a bubble has formed, but otherwise the room was nice. My wife loved the table nested under the desk and footstool nested under the coffee table. All in all, a decent room.

First time staying there. So, pleasantly surprised. It was good and excellent breakfast. Only thing would be is we had to keep getting room cards redone because they would not work. Other than that, we definitely will stay there again.

I would stay again
Room was great spacious and comfortable, would definitely stay again. The breakfast wasn't the best other than the waffles, I'm not a fan of the powdered eggs, but others were eating them, just my personal preference, the breakfast attendant was friendly and efficient. Microwave in room wasn't working, but they replaced it quickly and with a good attitude.
