The stay was good! Everything was great until we were locked out of the hotel as they lock the doors at 11pm, we had just gotten back around 1am, there was a phone that my friend dialed for the front desk, we were in the cold for about 10ish minutes with no staff, I called from my personal phone and still no answer from the staff.
Luckily, my friend found another way in, and we were able to get in from freezing outside, we went to the front desk and still nobody was there.
I see why there's a rule for closing the doors at 11pm but it isn't really a good choice considering the lack of staff at night, what if there was late check-ins? What if it's below freezing outside and the guests freeze? Or a more serious thing could've happened to guests especially female guests.
I would've probably left a good review if me and my friend weren't out in the cold for 10ish minutes calling the hotel repeatedly with no staff on sight.
