Perfect 3+ Bedroom House for Rent-Sturgis Rally
3+ BDRM/2 Bath House on the west side of Rapid City. 30 Minutes to Sturgis SD and Mt Rushmore. This home features a primary suite downstairs in the fully finished basement with private living room and bathroom and queen bed in the bedroom. Full Laundry room and home gym are also available in the basement area. The main floor hosts 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a full bathroom, kitchen and living room with 65” TV and large sectional couch that can be used as an additional sleeping area. There is a full mattress futon on the second floor but the room climate is not well controlled. A fan is provided for comfort.
Access from the kitchen leads to a large private back yard and covered patio attached to a two car garage for bikes and toys. A 4 Burner gas grill and 40’”flat top griddle are available for use. Alley access to garage has additional parking for trailers and toys. On street parking is also available.
