They assigned a different room than the type i booked. The toilet did not flush properly, i asked that the bathroom be cleaned daily and it wasn't Shower head would not stay positioned at resonable height you had to hold it up with one hand unless you were 3 feet tall

My 11 year old daughter made herself a waffle at the continental breakfast and while she was eating her waffle; she took a bite and she removed a piece of glass from her mouth. This was reported to staff who then said they would tell management Monday morning 3/17/25.

Broken Glass Picture Frame In The Bathroom

I checked into my room and notice a two photos hanging in a picture glass frame on the bathroom , the pictures were of a Big Horn Sheep and Bison … the Bison had a cracked glass, I took a picture of the photos showed the clerk a young man just in case I am held liable for something I did not do.

Upon checking I discovered a Broken Glass Picture Frame of a Bison located in 118 Bathroom.

Comfortable ,safe and friendly place

It was a nice stay . Breakfast and fresh baked cookies were very nice .Didn`t care for the only window in the room being so dirty and the shower head slide wasn`t working as it should ( wouldn`t stay in one place ) , Also the ironing was broken ( kept folding down by itself ) . Overall staff and the stay were very nice .
