Great hotel to stay at while traveling.

I had a very nice experience with this hotel. Breakfast was great, nice variety with everything well stocked. The bed was comfortable although the other bed seemed lumpy but I didn't use it. Nice hot tub and pool. Very friendly staff.

New hotel, modern rooms, extremely clean, very friendly staff and very helpful, excellent location to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was good. Hotel is close to most attractions that you would come to see in Black Hills of South Dakota area. Room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel, good deal for the money.

Sleep Inn is a good choice for a quiet place near the airport, and convenient to places in Rapid City. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit, and several options for different dietary needs.

The facility, and room was fine. When I checked in (mid afternoon), I was told I had 2 reservations. When I said cancel one, the hotel staff said they could not - that it had to be done through the company I booked with. I called Orbitz, and they did not have me down, saying the reservation was through another company - I had never touched their web site. This took me over 1-1/2 hours of back and forth between Orbitz and Sleep Inn until I finally told Orbitz I was done, and that it was their job to resolve this. I had 2 major issues with my stay: Orbitz' web site reservation system, and the hotel staff that put me in the middle of this mess. Even if this would have been my fault (which it was not), the hotel manager needs to review customer service policies. Even though the facility was satisfactory, I doubt anyone in my company, or I will stay at Sleep Inn again. I certainly will not book through Orbitz.

Modern clean and convent location...great value for minimal cost

Great hotel! Great price! Love the location! Everything was super amazing! Thanks

This is only the 2nd Sleep Inn we've stayed in and it was as comfortable as the other. If you are tired of hard and miserable beds and pillows, give up the other places and stay here.

Staff was super friendly, my room was clean and spacious. Parking was not a problem. In the morning breakfast was a great selection of hot items or cold cereal. the sidewalk was nicely shoveled so no traipsing through snow to my car. Several places to eat within walking distance, gas stations near by. nice location off the interstate but no road noise. My only complaint is one of the eateries had super strong WiFi and I kept getting kicked off the hotel WiFi. Other than that I would recommend this to people looking for quality and comfort.

Front desk clerk (Vanessa) needs more training in courtesy.

Nice hotel with clean and spacious room. comfortable beds, friendly staff.

The Good: Marcia at checkin provided us with detailed guidance on touring the most important local sites, as well as recommendations on restaurants. That was a big help!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast selection. The Not so Good: AC noisy and would not work properly. Called front desk and he suggested turning on the heat first, then turning back to cool. He also said it tended to freeze up when the weather turned a little cooler outside. Otherwise he did nothing to help the situation (offer a different room or have the system in our room fixed). For our 2-night stay the AC did not cool the room properly -- it would turn off without having cooled the room -- and was extremely noisy when it was running. Five pillows were provided but they were tiny and uncomfortable for sleeping. A large tour group -- which we were not a part of -- overwhelmed the single elevator (!) and the breakfast room. Overall: Next time I will look elsewhere.

Rooms were very clean including the bathrooms, Breakfest was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hallway carpets appeared dirty. This hotel allowed pets and my children are allergic to cats and dogs. After we got into our room, we saw dogs in the hotel and confirmed that our room was a pet room. They allowed us to move to a new room the next night.

My daughter really enjoyed the breakfast. Waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon or Sausage. The location is convenient for getting off and on I90 without getting lost. Not too far from shopping. Overall good experience.

Great place to stay. Stay here every year we come to the Stock ShowClean and comfortable.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating as well as helpful. Breakfast was fine and ample.

We were very surprised as to the amenities in the room. Two complaints which are not enough to lower my rating: The refrigerator wasn't working to full capacity so we did not use it as we would have liked. Could hear the people in the hall too easily into the early morning hours. The rest of our stay was enjoyable. The free breakfast was much more than I expected. So many choices and everything was fresh. Staff was responsive to anything brought to them.

It was a very nice and clean place to stay. It was quiet, I liked the room colors, it was very comforting.

We spent one night here on our way through, it was our 4th night on the road so we were tired and wanted some good rest. The hotel is very new and nicely decorated. It is also very clean and quiet. The staff were nice and friendly. The pillows are a bit lumpy as another guest has mentioned. But not bad enough to really be a bother. We are on the road a fair bit, our experience at this hotel was as close to perfect as you can get it. The breakfast was lots of variety to suit all different tastes and needs. Would stay here again .
