Tons of homeless in the area. Also tried to use an elevator and a homeless guy was sleeping in the there.

Room 100 had lots of noise at night with pipes. Perhaps next to laundry room. Messaged after booking that the pool was closed for the season, but it was being used when we were there. We were not able to use this due to the misinformation. Kids were bummed.
Clean, upgraded room. Breakfast was good too, thank you for having alternative milk options.

I was upset that the pool was closed as my son was looking forward to swimming, I did not see anything online stating the pool was closed for renovations otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. The room smelled like urine.
The staff at the property was excellent our entire stay. When we got to our room super late and pulled the sheets off one of the beds, it was dirty. We went back the following day and they quickly changed rooms for us. The entire stay, I provided excellent customer service. They knew about the surrounding area and answered all our questions about things to do. The neighborhood was a bit more residential for our taste, but the building was safe. It is next door to two fast-food chain restaurants, Denny's and mom-and-pop restaurants which were all great and within walking distance of the hotel. The elevator and floors need a little bit more servicing, but it is not the staff's fault. The breakfast was also great. I got down there first to take my Covid precautions and everything was hot and fresh. Over a good budget-friendly family hotel if you don't need all the frills.

I liked the location but the room smelled like smoke and they couldn’t relocate us to a different room, the whole family felt ill the whole next day. Breakfast options were limited with no gluten free options at all. Amenity description describes breakfast with more robust options than what was provided.
Breakfast wasn't very good and the kitchen closed 20 minutes early so my son was not able to get food not even cereal or a drink.
I liked the location. The staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast was not very tasty. The bacon was super odd tasting. The elevator broke on our last day/night, but that is no one's fault. There needs to be a designated smoking area, there were way too many smokers in a non-smoking area. Overall, it was a nice hotel, and it really was a pleasant stay. I would stay there again for sure.
Disappointing! Rented a large room with couch and work space for a premium price. Arrival/parking situation was bad. There was no light in the couch/work area. The reading light over the chair at the other end was too dim to read by. The drawers in the dresser kept sliding open. Minimal use of the internet kept getting "bandwidth limited". The staff was no help and argumentative. Bathroom floor was dirty. Breakfast was good.
Our stay was really nice; room was clean and parking easy and reasonable. The only issue was the elevator seemed to need maintainence.
