The room was a great size. The fridge was broken, they never fixed it. The micro did not work. They never cleaned our room during our stay. The parking was not sufficient. They also charged for it. When we relayed this to the staff, their response was we are short staffed. They did not offer to adjust our rate or some type of refund.

This was perfectly okay, except that they charge for parking. That was a surprise. It should be included in the nightly rate. The breakfast was okay. The shower floor was dangerously slippery. I had to put a towel on it to prevent slipping and sliding on it.

Pool was dirty. Cleaners were great and on timing. Coffee bar was great. Electricity went out all night and I was forced to get a new hotel up the street. They did not offer me a partial compensation or any compensation for that matter. Very disappointing to sit in the dark on Christmas Eve and not get a discount on anything.

Please replace items if less than a quarter bottle left as it is very inconvenient to run out in the middle of wash up. Amenities-hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and Kleenex all ran out by 2nd day. No hand soap in powder bath. Room was very nice but noise reducing windows would be helpful for rooms with street side facing windows as that noise was vey loud and disturbing. 2nd coffee maker would be appreciated as there was always a 2-4 person wait and frustrating for those who just wanted hot water for oatmeal or plain coffee. Did enjoy the specialty coffee offerings.

Room was clean very clean. Decent breakfast and coffee. Good, easy, safe parking situation, and close to downtown and the boardwalk. Great price for a pet friendly hotel. Only major downside: The elevator smells like sewage gas!!! Use the stairs. I hope management does something about that. Otherwise great place.
