The check in staff lady was amazing.
Original keys were not working, give. A new set. I was given a room that was still under construction, paint tape, ladders, plastic, tools etc. made receptionist aware, new room was given. Room was renovated, but had no door safety latch, did not have a pullout bed liked described, and sensor lights kept turning on in the middle of the night. Room was clean, place was quiet. I guess you get what you pay for, price was reasonable, <$200. Stayed one night. Will not book again.
Had significant trouble at check in, with the employee giving multiple guests key cards that didn’t work. We get to the first room (for 18yr old daughter and her friend) and of course the cards don’t work. The employee was upstairs at this point and said “Oh yeah, someone’s already in that room!” then proceeded to knock on doors trying to remember which ones were still vacant! She finds a room that’s better than what we reserved so daughter and friend are happy. Then the employee walks me to my room to see if the key card works, which it doesn’t. She then hands me her master key card and says she’ll be back later with one for my room!! This was at 9:30 pm. She doesn’t come back until 10:45 and of course I had to remind her that I still don’t have a room keycard. She says she’ll bring one right up, but of course she doesn’t. So I call the front desk at 11:15 and get the night clerk who immediately brings me a working room keycard. I reported all of this to the manager at check out and all she gave was a weak apology with the excuse that the employee was fairly new. After we left, my daughter tells me that a man tried to get into their room using a key card in the middle of the night! Thankfully, the girls remembered to use the deadbolt so he was unsuccessful. I thought staying here would be safer than a motel, but clearly I was wrong given how they’re handling the key cards. If you value your safety, please stay somewhere else.
Parking was difficult. When you check in you have to walk around on the sidewalk because it isn't underground garage and you don't have the key card to get in
I just stayed at this complex and was really looking forward to the stay based on the ratings and reviews of other patrons. However, my room was far below what I would even consider average. The only reason we decided not to change rooms and complain to the front desk was because we were so tired from walking all day. To list a few of the pros- good location, front desk was friendly, room linens appeared clean, the outside appearance was nice. To list the cons (quite a few)- 1. The bathroom door was horribly scratched and painting was peeling everywhere. 2. The lights flickered and buzzed in the room. 3. AC unit turned off and on sporadically all night even though the unit was in the “off” mode. 4. The shower head was broken and stuck on “massage” mode. It was also spraying water from the top of the shower head which got water all over the bathroom. 5. The Wi-Fi was sporadic. 6. The bed was an INTENSE spring mattress with no support and was horribly uncomfortable. 7. The garage was not secure and was very dirty. 8. The breakfast consisted on tiny waffles and a Jimmy Dean microwave sandwich that was served at room temperature. I really was disappointed in the room especially since I paid well over $100 for it. I do wish looking back that I would have went to the front desk with my concerns, but we were tired and just wanted to get some sleep. I personally do not recommend this hotel for the above reasons.
The property was clean and quiet
Great place to stay, comfortable rooms. My only complaint would be the parking. Got in late and with a minivan in there jam-packed garage it was a bit difficult
Windows wouldn’t open, AC WAS DUSTY AND I GOT SICK, breakfast was not good.
Very clean and friendly staff
The furniture had stains. Chair was ripped. Didnt really feel clean.
Clean hotel. Good location. Nice and modern room.
Closeness to all points of interests. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff was helpful in all matters.
The hotel is at very convenient location with many amenities.
The room was spacious and you don’t hear a lot of noise. The only thing I was disappointed about our stay was they gave us a room that already has people staying in it. We didn’t see anyone in the room but their suit case
Very clean, nice, great breakfast, comfy beds, safe feel.
I didn’t like the old furniture and also the TVs were old.
