It's far too expensive for the property not to be keeping itself in better shape. The window shades were gnarled and torn, there were bugs on the bed, and the lighting was actually ridiculously bad.

Ugly! Water stained carpet in the hallway. Water stained ceilings. Pristine? Nope. Scary for a single person and a woman to stay there. Feel unsafe. Safe deposit can not be unlocked. No one has the master key. Disappointing "garden view". Landscape does not look nice. The room is nice. It could use more lights. The shades need to come down more to block the light. We will not come back to his hotel property.

I loved everything about this place! Wish I could have stayed longer!

Lushly landscaped property, attractive pool, clean throughout. On site restaurant is decent. Rooms very quiet. Enjoyable front desk employees. Two restaurants within one block. Light rail stop two blocks. Five minutes from the airport, with free shuttle.. don't forget to tip the driver.

This "hotel" is a "partner" property that only carries the Wyndham name. It is NOT a Wyndham hotel. Upon check-in I heard staff telling everyone else checking in not to put their room keys near anything electronic (cell phones, etc) or credit cards as those things would render the keys unusable. They never told me that, however, I paid attention to the advice. Upon entering my room, the air conditioning would not work. I called the front desk to let them know. They sent a maintenance worker who rigged a solution that allowed me to use the AC by bypassing the wall control which was not working. The maintenance worker stated the wall control just needed batteries, however, he never came back to put any in. A few minutes later, I went to wash my hands and the only sink in the room would not drain. I pushed open and closed the drain stop and a putrid odor came from the sink. It did temporarily open the drain a bit, but the smell never went away. Taking a shower was an exercise in terror. The tub underneath me sounded and felt as if it was going to fall through to the first floor. The tub was soft and springy and produced creaking and cracking sounds as I moved to get to soap/shampoo or just turned to wash my back. I notified Wyndham that their decision to put their name on this property might need to be re-thought and to outline my concerns. The issues in my room were never addressed by Wyndham or the property's management. Stay away from this faux Wyndham!

Check-in service was terrible. I was suppose to receive a court yard view but was assigned a ground floor room with the view of a service building. The front desk receptionist did not know where my room was located and told me to park on the opposite side of the hotel and bring my luggage through the lobby, out to the pool and around to side where room was located. If she had properly directed me to my room, I could have parked right outside the room assigned. The room itself appeared moderately clean however my daughter and I ended up with bed bug bites. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner left in the room was half used and the blow dryer was broken. Very disappointing stay.

Quite, beautiful, clean, relaxing. Price was great. Each staff member was friendly, extremly helpful. Helping with directions and recomendations. The spirit in the staff here was great! Really all a great bunch of folks!! Have a great stay.

Overall this property needs a facelift. I booked a 2 double bed room and the hotel only has king room. they promised to bring a roller bed but I have to wait for almost 2 hours to get it and it is so uncomfortable that no one want it...Room is small (staff claimed they gave me an upgrade to a king "suite"). I would never book this hotel again.
