Dirty, nasty. Do not stay!!

Ice maker is not close by.

Hallways had old, filthy and rip carpets. Lightning in the room was terrible and the doors locks weren’t safe.

No restaurants in walking distance They missed my wakeup call and almost missed my flight Check in was slow Had to take a cab from the airport shuttle was not running but they did pay for the cab

Housekeeping was good. Front desk was helpful but understaff. Room was decent but still have that old, dated hotel smell. Surrounding area is not to desirable but the fence keeps unwanted out. Fair for the price.

When we reached to checkin there was quite a line and they kept goofing up on the assigned rooms. A couple folks were given rooms that already had people living in it. I was checked in to this hotel but was sent to another hotel 11 miles away to get the room, that Wyndham Silicon Valley was crappy one, the guy checked me In and at 5 am they came by to ask who checked us in since per records that room Shud be vacant . Over all an a solo nightmare. Kids get scared if someone knocks the door at 5 am in the hotel.

Hotel room doors open to outside. Several times in the night, I heard what sounded like a crazy person’s rambling solo conversation outside my door. I had to get up and out super early for a flight. It was scary to open the door to the outside in the dark after hearing the night activity, and was even worse when the door to the lobby was locked. I had to go back to my room and call the front desk to figure out how to access the lobby. I asked if they have considered placing a sign on the locked door instructing guests how to get to the lobby, guest reception replied they have tried that but someone keeps taking the signs down. Great price on the room, but you don’t get what you don’t pay for. This was a one and done stay for me.

It’s okay

First 2 rooms they put us in had no ac. Finally I asked them to check the 3rd room before we haul our 3 kids and luggages to it. We checked in at 9pm and asked for extra blankets but they said their housekeeper left for the day so we’d have to wait for the next day to ask. Terrible.

Only good thing was it’s 5 minutes from airport. The property itself was not pleasant or comfortable. Even with covid the grab n go breakfast was a joke. None of the outlets in the room worked. Heard Constant weird noises all night in room and light kept flickering and would go off.

Nothing was unique staff very uncooperative

Spent 1 night at this hotel, was clean and quiet.
