Americas Best Value Inn San Francisco Pacifica

Was happy to see the fridge and microwave but my work schedule was so tight I wasn't able to use it. But thank you it was very nice.

No comment, wouldn't stay here again! Way!!!! Overpriced for this old, no view hotal.

It was much appreciated to be offered a choice of room once we got there since they had a few open - I chose quieter side

Clean room. Romm refreshed daily. Breakfast was meager.

The location, people, fridge micowave, coffee maker,and washer and dryer.

beds too hard. too expensive for a very basic hotel.

pleasantly surprised, the room was quite large. Very clean.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Good location and a little noisy due to the highway next to it.

Nice hotel very friendly staff and conveniently located.

Room and bathroom were dirty. Loud kid'd screaming went on till 3am. Would not recommend

The room was a nice surprise for where the hotel appears be located. It's across the street from the highway next to a neighborhood of small houses but the deal was hard to beat and we were very happy with the clean comfortable room.

We paid $350 for two nights and the rooms were extremely  dirty.  We found hairs in the sheets,  hairs on the towels,  and my son had brand new clean socks on and within five minutes they were black from walking inside the room.  They do not dust at all and blankets are very itchy.  Worst part..... Maids decided they wanted to talk about me in Spanish.. I actually understood them.  Not very nice.  It was check out time and I asked for 20 more minutes.  Manager approved but maids weren't happy they wouldn't let me close my door n told me to get out.  Mind you can have two babies with me.  Then they were trying to push me out and I started to argue with them n closed the door finally.  They ran to the manager and he called me and said " I don't care who you are you never talk to my employees like that.. Ever again"  and I tried to explain what they did and he said he doesn't care he doesn't need my business . Worst experience ever.

As soon as we walked into our room we smelled something awful. I dont know what it was but it was gross. The restrooms were disgusting and the beds were hard and blankets were itchy. Pillows were extremely yellow and flattened out. We paid $104 a night I wouldnt stay here for $50 . Old school appliances and the hotel was under construction. Very loud.

Beds were dirty and extremely hard pillows flat and room smelled so badly I went downstairs to get car air fresheners and stuck them on the air vent. Room is overpriced I wouldn't have any complaints had I not paid so much for the room. And being on the freeway side cannot leave the windows open at all. Walls are very thin you can hear everything in the hall and rooms on both sides. Breakfast is exactly what the say, a loaf of bread and 2 choices of cereal and juice. That's it. And the room pics on their site is not at all the room I got so not sure how much more I would have had to pay for that room or if it's even in this hotel. On a good note its close to the ocean and pier and a nice little restaurant el toro loco is right down the street. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but we made it all work out, but couldn't wait to get to sleep in my own bed!

When you walk in your over whelmed with the curry smell,you almost feel like your in a restaurant kitchen and not a hotel lobby, when we got into our room, it hadnt been vacumned,there was still trash on the floor,extremly loud , the towels were dirty and thinner then paper towels, and the bedding was the same! We travel alot and have never seen a more disgusting hotel!

When they are washing the sheets and towels they could use some bleach so they are not grayish toned...female staff that checked us in could barely speak English and was no help to us at all in giving direction nor overly friendly, she had to call someone on the phone to try to ansewr our questions... which we did not think were unanswerable since she lives in the area and anytime we went to the desk we had to ring for someone as they were in the back somewhere and not at the desk, that was annoying...and the milk they put out for the continental breakfast in the morning needs to be put on ice and not just sitting out getting warm, I will say, for the room being on the freeway side of the motel it was quiet although I couldn't keep the window open for fresh sea air, we did have air in the room so we are thankful for that...having the iron and board and hair dryer in the room was a nice touch...pillows could use some help they are getting mighty flat..we were close to a shopping center which was nice and was able to get to the BART station as my husband has always wanted to ride that stupid thing...went to Embarcadero Ferry Station and road the ferry round trip...ate there and enjoy our visit, also went to Rockaway Beach and had dinner that was nice too...Sorry for the grips but I really feel they need to be said and would we stay there again, probably yes as we like Pacifica and for the price since we are on a fixed imcome it worked for us..Thank You, Georgette and Chuck Bersani...

I've traveled a lot during my life so I've learned to "grin and bear" a lot of things so my remarks are a little on the conservative side. Hotel entrance was obscure with parking lot that was almost hidden. The mattress had to be the second most uncomfortable that I've ever TRIED to sleep on. Too old and several years past replacement. The rooms, and hallway were noisy throughout the night- spoiling any near attempt for sleep. Oh, the pillows were "average". If that could be any consolation. Did notice that there was a single washer and dryer available but the dryer (I think) had a sign on it "out of service" that appeared to be quite old.

The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was great. My only criticism is that the area around the motel was a little intimidating and i would be apprehensive to walk alone, but would certainly stay in the motel again - in fact we have now stayed there twice.

i was given a smoking room but i don't smoke. i asked to be moved to a different room but they would not move me. the room was old and did not feel clean, it smelled like smoke and made me sick. it was very noisy located next to the free way. nice quite town not much to do, close to sfo
