The location was great. Had access to all kinds of stores, restaurants and convenience stores. And the room had a kitchenette which came in very handy. Would stay there again. The staff was very friendly.

People partying outside is a regular thing

Showed up for a reservation and told no rooms available. Orbitz could not find any other rooms and we were forced drive back home. Orbitz also issued a refund and a credit.

It is an older property but it is clean, efficient, slept 4, beds & pillows were good, shower could flow better but i think it is a water conservation issue, parking well lit, but hey, for the price in Austin, it works, it is simply no frills, but, they give you a psuedo breakfast so life is good!

Anthony at the front desk was very helpful when we discovered that the hotel is a pet friendly hotel. Meaning, we reserved the room not knowing that some or all rooms have had animals in them at some point and I am seriously allergic. One hour in the room and I could not breath well. Got with Orbitz, so they could reach out to the hotel for a refund. There was some miscommunication at first but it was quickly handled

I stayed 8-25. Price was outstanding. For the price & location the deal was good. If you're a traveling man, alone, its fine. It wouldnt be a good honeymoon or stay. A young lady at the desk in the morning was very friendly. Young man working overnight reeked strongly of marijuana. I would come back for the price.

After entering the room we noticed how filthy it was and went back down to the front desk and gave back the keys. Soap was opened beds were filthy our shoes stuck to the carpet when walking across it. Broke cabinets... over all disgusting!

I WENT TO THE HOTEL AND EVERYONE WORKING OR AROUND LOOKED LIKE THEY WAS ON DRUGS.I CHECKED IN AT 3:00PM AFTER WAITING 1 1/2 HRS FOR ROOM.WHEN I OPEND THE DOOR EVERYTHING WAS ON THE BED AND FLOOR,NOTTING HAD BEEN DONE,BEER CAN,DRUG ACTIVE,SEX AND YOU NAME IT.I WILL NOT BE USING YOU GUYS AGAIN.REFUND

Its acceptable but not much more. Location not the best, outdated n rundown. Smaller n lesser quality than extended stay at arboretum

I woke up late. I had no soap, shampoo or towels. I had to dry with a small hand towel. I could not get the front desk to complain. Issues were addressed and the clerk said sorry because they had several of the same complain that morning. They did not offer to deduct or alter my bill. I should have stayed in a tent on the river. BAD BAD BAD experience

I stay a few nights at this place and It was a very disappointing experience staying at this place..... There is no room service, no change of fresh sheets nor towels at this so-called hotel. And it isn't easy to find nor is it safe. It seems like a safe haven for illegal activities. Upon my arrival I had to wait to be checked in because there was a big fight. By the way, there is no breakfast at all.... Only coffee and a few bagged muffins stored away in a cupboard. And to make matters worst, the general manager seems a little uptight. Don't waste your money at this place. It is better off paying a little more somewhere else that has quality and comfort.

Front desk workers ignored us and checked in and out people who came after us. Roaches were crawling over the front desk and our room had a few roaches and brown and red spiders. Worst experience ever.

Everything was great for the weekend. We loved having a mini kitchen in our room allowing us to cook there instead of eating out so that was a plus. The only thing was the bed was a little too small but we made it work out.

All hotel were full so I was stuck here. Not bad, the price was to high. But i would do it again if I had to.

Missing cover plate on an electrical socket. Bathroom vent didn't work, bathroom facilities in need of repair.Drip, drip, drip, swish(the tank refilled all night) First floor room, window didn't lock. Overall, the minute I entered the room and complete my inspection I would not have stayed in this room. I only stay in the room because the area was occupied to capacity for the State Championships.

Room was smokey, hotel dirty, manager not polite, spoke to upper management . he was very polite and was willing to make it right. Nice owner.

Check in was ok, staff was nice but not overly helpful or focused on us. The room included only one towel and no pots/pans/plates which I would have expected given that it's an extended stay with an oven etc. The front desk told us we could bring our one towel back to the front desk to exchange it if needed, really?!? Bed wasn't very comfortable and the only reasonably nice thing in the room was a brand new tv. The lights by the bed didn't work and there was no alarm clock. Felt like a good location and was quiet.
