I did not like anything about the property. It was dirty. It was unsafe. The room did not have any towel for bathing and the bathroom was filthy.

Bed bugs, weaker running the area all night your not able to sleep, roaches in bed I had to flick off two off the bed, shower is clogged up, so the water isn’t flowing down the drain well so it overflows. Only came here for a night was so exhausted from traveling. I was going to ask for a refund but it was already almost 2 in the morning when I was getting ready to finally slept, I was exhausted and didn’t want to look for another hotel nor bother.. but I would never want to come back to this place. I’ve slept at many cheap motels. But never seen roaches on the bed and crawling up the wall or water is not overflowing the tub.

This motel should not be advertised on Expedia! It is a section 8 housing facility for the indigent and down and out. I felt unsafe in the room and in the parking area. The bathroom was filthy, floors hadn’t been cleaned in forever, and everything was old and shabby (like a giant tear in the curtains). Very noisy, and busy with lots of activity outside the building and in, including fireworks in the parking lot (and this was in August). The only good things I can say is that the bedding was clean and the help was friendly. Very certain that this is not a place for regular travelers. Avoid this hotel!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had

Subject: Formal Complaint – Misleading Listing and Unacceptable Hotel Conditions My recent experience with a hotel booked through Hotels.com was the worst I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, it was horrific to walk in from the street and see a disturbing scene. The atmosphere was unsettling and completely different from what was advertised. Inside the reception area, the situation was equally bad—poor hygiene, a foul smell, and an overall unsafe feeling. When we proceeded to the room, we were shocked. The room was filthy, unclean, completely untidy, and the odor was unbearable. It was so bad that we could not even step inside. The conditions were far from acceptable and in complete contrast to the photos and description on the Hotels.com listing. We immediately refused to stay and booked another hotel, but Hotels.com still enforced a cancellation policy and refused to refund our payment. I find it unacceptable that such a hotel is listed on your platform, and that customers are penalized despite being misled. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Hotels.com, and I urge you to investigate this listing and reconsider your policies regarding refunds in cases of false advertising and unsanitary conditions.

Do not stay here there was no running water in the shower no toilet paper nothing was clean the bed had cigarette holes in the sheets and covers the fridge was filthy the floor was filthy the walls had graffiti on them the shower head was a pipe poking out no shower head this was nothing like the pictures don’t ever stay here

We found a cockroach in the bathroom, the water from the showers smelled off, there were no towels or bath soap availabile, and were way too many drug addicts around the parking lot. The beds were comfortable however. Thats really the only positive thing I could think of. The staff were helpful as well.
