The hotel was great, the staff was incredibly friendly considering what is going on in the world but our room was never cleaned by the staff. I'm not sure if that was intentional as they might be keeping a distance with COVID but I should have been told that.

Amazing and unique. Must stay here if you’re in the area!

In the room we were in, there was a loud party next door in the Santa Barbara room. It sounded as if it were in our room. When people came and left this party, their footsteps were heard and conversations easily understood as they travelled up and down the corridors. It stopped at midnight, then a cleanup crew arrived and their music and talking were also easily understood. In the morning, trays and footsteps and conversations were loud enough to wake us.

We loved being in the heart of the Festival of Lights. Our room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

At tentative staff and overall nice settings I would recommend

I love the unique history of the property. The pool and hot tub were nice Sunday Brunch was good. The hotel does not have a little shop for incidentals or waters etc and no ice machine that I could find anywhere so that would be something that would be nice to have.

The antiques and atmosphere. Beautiful place and everyone was nice. Room service breakfast was awful! Everything else was amazing

I did not stay there on Aug 30, had to cancel due to emergency. it was a pain to try to do it with Orbitz, spent at least 1 hr in phone line but had to give up. The hotel took care of it and re-booked the sty to another date.

My room was over a DJ and partly which lasted for 4 hours. The manager was rude and said she couldn’t do anything about it. They had no other rooms available. Why would they book me a room for the price and I wasn’t comfortable. Knowing it would be noisy? The evening manager was very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working there.

Beautiful property with lots of interesting history! We loved walking around the hotel and taking pictures of the art.

It is a beautiful place. One thing i didn’t like was the flies while eating outside restaurant
