The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean however they are rustic so for the price a little high many things to do there shopping is great. The architecture is superb fun to explore the building and area.

The room was dated. Sparsely decorated. Felt like old motel. The location was terrible, right above the street. The noise from the street performers was loud and went late. Dined at Duane’s; food was mediocre. Service was meh. Mission Inn is no longer the upscale experience it once was. That was my last visit.

Place was very nice, I loved it. But there were a lot of confusion with their services. I asked some things to be brought up to the room, unfortunately they never got it right. A/C and internet wasn’t working. The best part of the stay was the tour.

It is a gorgeous hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Great amenities including robes and in room slippers. Unfortunately, it was very noise till almost midnight with a party going on. The room is not sound proof.

Some staff were very nice, and friendly. Others not so much. This is our 3rd time staying for a holiday/special event. The room was very clean and the ambiance is always unmatched. Will be back in the summer.

The lights and ambiance were nice in the lobby. It was nicely decorated for Valentine’s Day but the cleanliness was not there in the room. We walked in and an opened condom was on the floor next to the bed.
