My check-in experience was quite disappointing. I arrived to the hotel to learn that my reservation was canceled (not by me). I drove 2 hours with two young children, and I was hoping to check-in to our room and relax before a museum event, nearby. But, instead I waited in the lobby 20 minutes watching staff members ignore me, and avoid providing any solution to this error. Finally, after I lost my patience with them, and started using my teacher voice, the manager came out to explain what was going on and placed us in a room that was leaking rain water. I understand the rain caused problems at the hotel, and some rooms were not habitable, however the way the staff had handled this chaos was extremely upsetting.
Property was clean and staff friendly and efficient.
Nice place. Hate to pay for parking and internet
Food is very expensive, 50 bucks for under cooked pancake and waffle. However Duanes was great but 200 dollars for two is a little pricey
No free WiFi. No VIP Access no one could help only passed my call around five times.
This hotel is very unique with a lot of history. We’ll be staying there again in the near future.
