Shower leaked, sink was broken. Lots of homeless in area and security was non existent. Someone was banging on door at 1am trying to get in. Entrance had water leaking from roof. The room smelled bad we didn’t even stay the full time. What ever you do do not stay here.

Everyone having to doors open and hang out outside

This is a very nice budget hotel. Many good shopping and dining options exist within a half-mile walk. The housekeepers kept my room very clean during my four-day stay. The large television contains satellite and about 20 movie channels and hundreds of other channels including local. There is a hair dryer and full size ironing board in the room. It is tastefully decorated. The tub faucet dripped but was not irritating. It's everything you could want for a short stay.

Great service and good place

My plane was delayed and I did not arrive to check in until 4:00 a.m. I was told then that my reservation was automatically cancelled at 2:00 a.m. because I had not arrived. The room was fully paid for and I inquired why it would be cancelled, why they would care what time I showed up if it had already been paid for. They said it is their policy to cancel automatically if no one has checked in by 2:00 a.m. They then offered me a room for the following night, at the current last minute rate, not matching the rate I paid already, AND said there would be an additional charge because I was checking in EARLY at 4:00 a.m. As my room was obviously not given away, I asked why I could not just have the room I already paid for and was sitting empty. I was told there was no way to reverse the cancellation and had to do a new booking at the new rate. Furthermore, I would not be getting my money back for the room I paid for and was sitting empty but I was not allowed to use. I would have to pay for it again, at double what I already paid for it. So I had to pay triple to use the room for a total of 6 hours, when I had to leave to go to the meeting I had flown there to attend. I slept as long as I could and tried to take a quick shower and discovered the pull to get the water to come out of the shower head was broken and I had to lay down in the bath with my head under the spout to wash my hair. Worst hotel and worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The bathroom was dirty, the towels were dingy and stained, the toilet handle was broken and wouldn’t flush, the tv said signal lost and never connected. Will not stay stay here or another days inn Wyndham again

The advertised breakfast didn’t exist. Lots of random people sitting in chairs smoking in the parking lot???

The rooms were well cleaned and orderly. We arrived to the hotel at about 4pm and when we got to our room, there were several bags of trash outside our door that appeared to have been left out by the people in the room next to us. When we left the next morning at 9am, the trash was still there. There were some men in the parking lot that were playing music really loud and they were also revving up their vehicle. It didn’t appear that they were ever asked to stop. One of the main reasons why we stayed here was because it said online that they had breakfast and we weren’t going to have a lot of time to go somewhere the morning we checked our. The lobby was closed and there was no breakfast.

Good: Plenty of dining options nearby. Bad: Not well kept rooms. There were stains on sheets and on the bathroom fixtures. Noisy guests.

To noise all nights people walking the have the tv we all volume is like club every room is the same way tv all way up

Very convenient and has a lot of places right around its bitter local to it and you can walk there and you don't have to waste money on gas or anyting the good place to stay clean and friendly

I liked the front desk person she was nice and got the reservations without a fuss. I had just made them that day.

Served our purposes. located in a conviennt area quiet and as expected
