Property was great location, and clean; however this trip was booked and paid through with Expedia. Upon checking out, I provided a different credit card to cover a few things I expensed to the room during my stay. The hotel ended up charging my card for the entire stay, even though the room was booked and paid for with Expedia. I spoke to 4 different people at this facility, and most of them did not have authority to correct their mistake by cancelling the charge. Definitely frustrating!

The Courtyard in Riverside/ Moreno Valley was one of the best I have EVER visited. The staff was attentive, helpful, and kind. They did not seem overly rushed and were very careful when checking you in to be sure to answer all questions. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and as advertised on Expedia. Bravo!

The staff was wonderful!!! Super nice and helpful, the surrounding area wasn’t great but the property itself was safe, clean, and quiet even after a rave. Everyone was very respectful.

The hotel is in city of Riverside and every store or food place is within distance. The staff were very kind and always asking if we needed anything. The bistro bar that is located inside the hotel offered coffee and breakfast options. If you wanted they offered dinner options starting around 5pm. My family and I only did breakfast twice. We were content with the food and the staff that works in the bistro area. If we ever come back to visit Riverside again well without a doubt we will come back to this hotel. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. We thank the staff for everything during our stay.
