not maintained well. front desk irrelevant furniture and kitchen beat up. closet rack was falling down

Had to change rooms three times over a 5 day stay because of various issues including the air conditioner not working, and a leak in my ceiling. I didn't expect much going in, but I got even less. Never would stay here again.

Carpets were clean but stained. Bed sheets kept coming off the bed, the staff seemed extremely bothered that they were there.

The staff was great! It is like a home away from home. I love the full kitchen! I was able to have a relaxing night at an affordable price!

We went to Durham for the Alabama/Duke game. The hotel staff upon early arrival was nice enough to let us fill out our paperwork so we wouldnt have to later. We officially checked in late that night and were given keys to a room that was trashed (literally) but that quickly fixed. Overall we were satisfied.Great location for us with a shopping center within walking distance.Close to Duke, food etc.. The rooms are small but perfect for a short stay or place just to lay your head.It is an older hotel so I wouldnt reccomend this to someone who is used to four star hotels or picky.Oh and no ice machines since you have refrig/freezer in room.Plan ahead.

Good location.

I only stayed here for one night, it wasn't anything spectacular but it got the job done. I had booked a room with two double beds but upon arrival they did not have one available. I downgraded to a room with one double bed and a pull-out couch for a lesser price. Had I planned to stay for any longer this would have upset me but it was only one night and the staff was very helpful with everything.

the staff was nice and the kitchen was convenient, but when it came time to sleep i tossed and turned on the bed. if you don't mind a firm bed the location was convenient and the rates were cheap.

Not the cleanist hotel. Room non-smoking but it smelled like smoke.

I asked for hand towels and was told twice they did not have any ready but would bring them to room. Never received clean hand towels.

This hotel has absolutely no service, but it is a clean, comfortable, and inexpensive option. We slept very well here, finding it a perfect stopover to split up our drive to the beach.
