Horrible. Big roaches outside. Baby roaches inside room. Tub was disgusting. Room was disgusting. No remote for TV. Felt like I was on a horrible motel that hotel

Good location. Near grocery store and other shops.

No heat in room. Cigarette burns in bed spread. Room was not ready until almost 5pm!!!

Given dirty, occupied room at check-in, then second ‘clean’ room with sticky stains and trash on floor, considered not using shower due to appearance however had no choice but to clean up before a wedding.

I was there for work the property is doing some needed up grades

It smelled in the rooms. Only 1 person at the front desk and all the other employees were standing around or eating pizza. No towels in room. It was supposed to be non smoking room however, saw cigarette butts and ashes in light fixtures.

This place was a not appropriate for humans. No phone no coffee, bedding dirty , floor was dirty wals have holes, door does not closes,

Property grounds, lobby, phone dirty, unkept. Room though updated the stove didnt work, no microwave, cupboards falling off hinge, food in fridge, no coffee maker.

The location was convenient and the staff was friendly but the door was extremely hard to open and close, there was a giant crack in the door. The kitchen floor and counters were sticky, there was food in the sink, and there wasn’t enough towels for the 2 guests that’s i reserved for. There were no wash cloths in the suite. The bed cover was filthy and almost grey instead of the white it was suppose to be. The pillows looked like they were just thrown on the bed and there was a lamp that did not even work and the lamp shades by the beds were crooked. There was a note saying that the Manager Team Leader personally check the room before we checked in but it wasn’t even visible on the bed, I found it underneath the pillow. There was nothing by the phone on how to dial for the front desk or anything. Also the alarm clock was broken. The next morning I found a half dollar size spider in the kitchen.

It was quiet and the staff was friendly. You do have to request which kitchen items you want and I was asked to go out front and get them but I did not mind. There is a CVS right beside it if there’s anything you want to pick up for your room like instant coffee etc. there is not a hairdryer Nice large fridge and microwave and the stove which would be nice if you’re going to stay longer than I did which was just one night

Dirty carpet, dirty bathroom, no light in bathroom, stains on sheets

This extended stay was in bad shape and the rooms were not maintained or cleaned properly, we also found a roach in one of the cabinets in the kitchen area. One of the shower walls still had soap and shaving cream on it when we checked in.

The room was very clean extremely clean and very comfortable. I stayed in another Extended Stay nearby and the rooms smelled horribly, were unkept and most of the staff were unprofessional. This one was excellent. The only thing I didn't appreciate was being asked to pay a deposit, after prepaying for the room.

Felt. Like this place was not safe. People sittin in cars outside. Loud and boisterous at night. Terrible amenities. Lobby was nothing. Didn't try breakfast. Felt uncomfortable. No har dryer in room. No maid service to speak of
