I liked the customer service and the fact that the place was clean. The faucet water and shower water were salt water. Not drinkable! But they did provide daily bottled water for free. The television in the room did not have any channels that we could watch. Staff never addressed the problem. There wasnt any itinerary for evening entertainment for adults. What little entertainment they did have was mediocre at best. Another problem for me was that the pool closed at 7 pm everyday. So there really wasnt anything to do. The pool shouldve closed by 10 pm at least

The shower has seawater witch make us to buy a lot of water from the outside. They have to improve the buffet, the food is ok for the price that people pay.

There was not running water in the evenings, the water smelled horrible, the floor was dangerous when wet and they didn’t provide a floor towel, only one hand towel and no wash towel. The food was very salty. The staff was friendly and tried as best as they could but there is so much going wrong it’s hard to even list them all. There are some very rude guests and it was sad to see how much they were mistreating the staff. I hope something is done about that. I could keep going on. The place is nothing like the pictures for sure. I won’t recommend staying there and we won’t be back.

the smell in the facility and rooms was very discussing unbearable.. water was salty, mosquitoes everywhere in the room, A/C barely works and not enough towels

La atencion deficiente tres días con agua fría en la ducha cuando llegamos dos horas esperando para que pusieran batería a la caja fuerte ya pagada no avisaron que la playa estaba tan sucia con tanto sargazo cinco días sin poder disfrutar de la playa los primeros días las mismas comidas recalentadas y los días que empezaron a llegar los locales turistas hicieron variedad de menú bañarse con agua salada y lavarse manos y dientes con agua salada usando el medio ambiente como pretexto para no cambiar las toallas en cinco días una sola vez el cambio y pidiéndola una experiencia terrible no recomiendo este lugar con la mismo pretexto uno tiene que salir a comprar el agua una persona que no consume alcohol no poder tener agua la pedí en el área de bebida y me contestó aquí no hay agua a uno lo ignoran sólo que des propina cada día las cosas cambian mientras con los locales es como que llegan los que mantienen ese local ruidoso

Very bad, please. I have been on lots of resorts in D R, but Wala Bavaro bad experience and I never go never tell anyone to go .Food so bad , have only tow water bottle in the fridge no water to brush our teeth to wash our face???? Stag was so good except reception staff was very root . Bad bad bad resort

Great price, good value. It's a small hotel located in an awesome location.

Everything is Fine...just Foods is not enough for all the tourists. For two days we try to eat dinner there was not enough.

The beachfront rooms are amazing! Will definitely come back!

I like the swimming pools very nice. Did like it was salty water to take a shower, that the housekeepers wake me up at 8:30 am knocking to clean the room,problem with the WiFi so couple days without tv.,staff at the restaurant need to pay better attention to the guess asking if you want water or anything. The a.c work fine. Over all it was nice and safe

Regarding this rude client staying in our hotel, I inform you that he has been evicted from our hotel, since he was violating the hotel rules, we are very sorry that he had this bad impression, since we usually receive this type of client.
