The sea water is salty, in the pools (are 5) also water salty, and in the rooms ,the baths also salty water, so all day there is not way to remove the salty, the food is same every day , in the 15 days that I was there , I never saw beef, although the team is very attentive, I made mistake having gone there

the smell in the facility and rooms was very discussing unbearable.. water was salty, mosquitoes everywhere in the room, A/C barely works and not enough towels

There has been no water since 10 hours now called the front desk she yelled we are working on it n rushed me off the phone. Food was amazing but the room was disgusting.

La atencion deficiente tres días con agua fría en la ducha cuando llegamos dos horas esperando para que pusieran batería a la caja fuerte ya pagada no avisaron que la playa estaba tan sucia con tanto sargazo cinco días sin poder disfrutar de la playa los primeros días las mismas comidas recalentadas y los días que empezaron a llegar los locales turistas hicieron variedad de menú bañarse con agua salada y lavarse manos y dientes con agua salada usando el medio ambiente como pretexto para no cambiar las toallas en cinco días una sola vez el cambio y pidiéndola una experiencia terrible no recomiendo este lugar con la mismo pretexto uno tiene que salir a comprar el agua una persona que no consume alcohol no poder tener agua la pedí en el área de bebida y me contestó aquí no hay agua a uno lo ignoran sólo que des propina cada día las cosas cambian mientras con los locales es como que llegan los que mantienen ese local ruidoso

Very bad, please. I have been on lots of resorts in D R, but Wala Bavaro bad experience and I never go never tell anyone to go .Food so bad , have only tow water bottle in the fridge no water to brush our teeth to wash our face???? Stag was so good except reception staff was very root . Bad bad bad resort

Great price, good value. It's a small hotel located in an awesome location.

All is very good ,the food and It has a good restaurant and the Hotel staff is very friendly everything is very beautiful and all very good

Everything is Fine...just Foods is not enough for all the tourists. For two days we try to eat dinner there was not enough.

The beachfront rooms are amazing! Will definitely come back!

I like the swimming pools very nice. Did like it was salty water to take a shower, that the housekeepers wake me up at 8:30 am knocking to clean the room,problem with the WiFi so couple days without tv.,staff at the restaurant need to pay better attention to the guess asking if you want water or anything. The a.c work fine. Over all it was nice and safe

Nothing. Maybe some good employees but that's all the food it's awful, and all the mud and water in the front entrance. Sorry but not recommend it.

The smallness and personality I loved! But it is NOT GOOD to have people (Russians mainly) smoking in all POOL AREAS. Children love pools. There should be VERY STRICK AREA FOR SMOKING! All DOOR FRAMES need a FELT TIPS to EASE SLAMMING! The ROAD REPAIR NOT DONE for very ling time. The entertainment needs a professional leader to understand international visitors who CHOOSE the DOM. REP for its unique culture. It should be kept very CLASSIC and ORIGINAL, simply Dominican! The best I loved Ms FRANYELIS and Ms Madeline Jimene in the SUENO Restaurant/Bar! Everybody VERY WELCOMING and friendly. Makes you feel good...

I loved the property overall. Those who said the walk to the beach is bad.... it literally took one sec to get there -_- the only bad thing is the tap water, it was salty (you just cant brush your teeth with it) but its good because you know the water served is definitely not tap water :)

It's been hard for me to believe that you experienced all those issues at our hotel which contradict the real experience that our guests live.
