When we entered to check-in the concierge called us over to come meet him after the check-in as he has a package for us. Turns out he was just trying to sell us Hilton vacation package. A bit irritating as he persisted after I refused. I have never seen this at any hotel, so not sure if this was a eager staff member just trying to earn commission. But it is not hospitality after you have had a long day and just coming in to find your personal space. Took off a star for this. I hope rest of the staff is less pushy.

There was just a few things wrong. The hot water was not working and we had to call the front desk. There was'nt a pan to cook with and the coffee machine worked but then just leaked water all over the place. We love this hotel and are going to come back but these little things sucked this time around.

Great for large families

Excellent spot for a family vacation. We stayed in. 2 bedroom with 2 queens in one and a king in the other with its separate bathroom. Kitchens was a little outdated but We did not mind it was nice to cook in and enjoy the pool. The kids loves the slides and jacuzzi on the cave. The staff was friendly and didn’t bother us for bringing in our our food and drink since we had such a large group. We got there early and our room was ready. Beware of the timeshare people who will call your room many times to get you to book a timeshare presentation. Overall it was a 9 out of a 10

The hotel is awesome, the staff was great, room was good, the new furniture is uncomfortable, but nice, the biggest issue was something in our room kept making a loud sound at night waking us up, but otherwise it was great

Great space, huge and the pool was amazing with the coolest hot tub. Very kid friendly. Didn’t like the push for a timeshare since you check in and multiple calls. But for the most part we loved our stay and it’s close by to go and get food :) no complimentary breakfast and only had two towels in the room when there was four of us. So though I paid for the room used a small rag for when I showered.
