Fabulous property, great pool and bar. Our room was big and lovely.

Personnel were very helpful. Location was convenient to downtown but far enough away to be quiet. Very nice pool.

Nice resort

The property amenties, that got me to book the stay, were closed for repairs when we got there. otherwise we got a big room etc but property was far from any restaurants etc

Orbitz, on again failed to disclose on their website. Property recently acquired by Hilton. Under rehab. Pool closed, continual noisy construction around pool and common area. The posted picture on the Orbitz site is not what you get. No dining facilities whatsoever. Had we known what this property really was we would not have booked there. The property people said Orbitz knew the pool was closed and should have disclosed this.

I really enjoyed the pool it was clean and the water was just the right temperature since the weather was not so hot.

Stayed in the Oasis building, not easy getting from the larger vehicle parking to the building. No paths poor lighting making it a fall risk.

Love coming here with my 7yr old daughter. Rooms are spacious with kitchenettes which is ideal with children. I also appreciate the service which is always top notch. From the front desk to anytime you request anything they are always prompt. Downtown Palm springs is just 10 min away for food and shops. You can easily also order Uber eats with no issues. There is a Water slide which usually closes around 5-6pm daily. Small kiddy pool as well which is nice. The pool areas are open until 10pm. Tons of seating and also a pool bar for food and drinks.

This resort is extremely old and outdated. All furniture, kitchen and bathroom amenities are old. The room has a smell that doesn’t go away, it’s like mold that is penetrated in the carpets and walls. The space is perfect for families if you get a villa but everything needs to be updated immediately. Bring your own sanitizing/ disinfecting sprays and some fragrant room spray.

Parking is difficult if you arrive later and especially if you drive a larger SUV

The room and carpet were in the poorest of condition. Rips in the dirty carpet and white socks Black on the bottom after 5 minutes. Kids all became sick after just 2 days . I have pictures if anyone would like to see. I will make a blog to show pictures and share the experience on the Internet. Don't Stay here or be fooled by a few renovated rooms and Adobe Photoshop pictures . The nerve of this Corporation to rent out a room like this and the dirt and smell in the Hallways bashed up door jams makes it clear it's just a cattle mill for profit. Buyer beware !

The pool area is well maintained, had a good amount of seating and lounges, and was quite enjoyable. The area is quiet and out of town a bit - there’s even a trailhead just five minutes’ walk from the property; however, it was still close enough to make it seem convenient to get out for dinner or whatnot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside is that some things are a bit tired: carpets, appliances for example. Clean, but tired. Last note is that despite it being a timeshare, there was NO pestering to attend the sales pitch meetings. I stopped at the concierge when I checked in, they invited me to a meeting and then I never heard from them again. So that’s a plus. I was the just over two weeks and enjoyed it immensely!

Everything in the villa smells and broken. Staff are nice and friendly. Great view

Always a pleasure to stay at Palm Canyon Resort. Very accommodating and the property/pool area is amazing.

This is a great place to stay when you have little ones. They have great slides and the pool is heated.

The place was great just waa not happy with the wait to gwt my room

Ants in the room invaded the 2 slices of pizza left over. Saw a dead cockroach in the underground parking lot. Saw the dirty towels in bags in the parking lot (they didn’t even attempt to cover them)

No negative harborings whatsoever. Probably be back

Very nice property and family friendly. Close to many things in Palm Springs check in was fast and easy. My biggest complaint is the carpet in the room it was very dirty. They did have the hallway carpet cleaned but the room was very dirty. Kept my shoes on most of time and when I would walk in the room it had a smell I couldn’t get rid of even with disinfectant spray. But the Room was a perfect size and has everything I needed and more.

We went to check in at 5pm and room was not ready. Went to see what the status was of the room at 6pm. Multiple guests in there with a few different issues. Be it their room wasnt ready or their room was dirty. Then when I got to the counter my room was all of a sudden ready. Did not check in told them to cancel it. Now struggling to get the money back for this room we did not use. Very disappointing.
