Very nice hotel, very clean and well located. Room didn't have a coffee maker though. Check in staff needs to smile more.

Wi-fi and TV did not always work. Pool very crowded. New bath tile needed.

Pretty property. Rooms clean, but basic. No complementary breakfast. Lots of family’s with kids.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is a dump. From front desk staff who aren't wearing their masks and don't acknowledge your arrival, to the worlds thinnest walls where you hear everything from all your neighbors down to coughs, sneezes and their bathroom habits, this place disappoints at ever turn. Shower was broken and bathroom sink wouldn't drain so call the front desk? Good luck with that. I literally called 10 times with no answer. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised though because I called before my arrival and they didn't answer but I got that lovely we will call you back option. They never called. Not sure when they last renovated but it might have been the 1970's and everything in the room is banged up, stained or soiled, dented or not working. Two of the keycards they gave us didn't work, not once did they clean the room (maybe a COVID thing but that would have been nice to know), ran out of toilet paper because they don't restock. This place is a mess from start to finish.

I was expecting working wifi, a coffee maker. The room and motel seemed run down: old fixtures with a coat of pastel paint slapped on. The room was big and might work for a family with lots of kids.

Love the hotel. This was my second time staying at the Saguaro. It feels bright and happy. I would suggest that the mysic gets turned doen even more at night

The description of the room was very mislead, the room is floor level with no pool view or pool access. It’s actually quite a distance. Complete false expectation of the room. Also the room was kind of dirty. Wobbly door knobs, cheap flimsy decor. The lobby is very cute, so is the lil venue area. The service isn’t great, the bartender was drunk. Kind of a weird vibe.

Though there was a funny and unexpected mix up, right away it was fixed by the staff. Great people.

Terrible service

There wasn’t any parking, our room wasn’t ready, we ordered drinks and food by the pool that never came

The decor and grounds were bright, colorful, hip and fun. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

Everything is so colorful, and there are many photo opportunities pretty much everywhere. Every room has its own individual patio. The pool is a lot smaller than I assumed it to be and it wasn’t the cleanest pool. Our restroom as well as the lobby’s restroom was very very dated. I also paid $230 for a one night stay which was steep in my opinion.

The lamps in our room did not work, the charging dock did not work, and there only 2 outlets. Super inconvenient, especially in this digital age. The ice machines were also non-existent or did not work. I walked by 3 that were out of order and had to go to the other side of the building for it. Being that it's in PS and extremely hot, this seemed like a crazy thing that should've been fixed ages ago.

Enjoyed my stay at the Saguaro. The staff was great! The food at the restaurant was tasty. It was a seamless and quick check in.

Overpriced hotel… literally just a brightly painted motel 6. Do yourself a favor and get an air bnb instead. Called multiple times to get room cleaned and never did during the whole stay.
