Everything is so colorful, and there are many photo opportunities pretty much everywhere. Every room has its own individual patio. The pool is a lot smaller than I assumed it to be and it wasn’t the cleanest pool. Our restroom as well as the lobby’s restroom was very very dated. I also paid $230 for a one night stay which was steep in my opinion.

The lamps in our room did not work, the charging dock did not work, and there only 2 outlets. Super inconvenient, especially in this digital age. The ice machines were also non-existent or did not work. I walked by 3 that were out of order and had to go to the other side of the building for it. Being that it's in PS and extremely hot, this seemed like a crazy thing that should've been fixed ages ago.

Enjoyed my stay at the Saguaro. The staff was great! The food at the restaurant was tasty. It was a seamless and quick check in.

Overpriced hotel… literally just a brightly painted motel 6. Do yourself a favor and get an air bnb instead. Called multiple times to get room cleaned and never did during the whole stay.

Colorful and fun environment and the people watching is all time!

Rooms were a bit rundown and the pool got dirty on the weekend once it filled up with party people. The light in our room was broken and it took several calls to the front desk before it was repaired. Even then, the room was dark and musty. The towels were threadbare. The positives were the rainbow colors (which my kids loved), the yummy tacos at their restaurant, and the price.

Staff was very nice. Our room had four pink pool towels in it that we brought to the pool on our first day... there are signs around the pool that say leave your towels at the pool... so we did. Next day, no new towels and our room was not serviced. I had to make 4 requests to het new towels... eventually I had to go to the front desk to get them... manager told me not to leave them at the pool or we would be charged $10/towel??? I texted him a pic of the signs and they apologized and said they would remove the signs... 3 days later they were still up. Hotel seemed generally understaffed and not able to keep up with the amount of trash that guests seemed to just randomly toss around. Pool security does a good job making sure no one moves any chairs or umbrellas around... but they didn’t seem to care much about the coke head screaming “let’s go!!!” At everyone that walked by... really going to miss that guy. Oh yeah and our room was not serviced the entire time we were there... even though we requested it. There were also instagram photo shoots all over the place... and Monday is apparently gravel delivery day, so that was fun

What I didn't like was many things. Upon check in, room wasn't ready. When I walked in to the room, no soap, floor in bathroom was flooded from maid hosing it down. There was zero maid service for the three days I was there, and I was told I had to make a request because of "covid" .. funny, right? In addition, there was no coffee maker in the room, and I had to PAY for coffee if I wanted it. Nothing complimentary like at least Motel 6 has... The Room was Way Too Expensive for what I got, and the "Resort Fees" (for what??!!) of $38.00 per day additional to room cost are outrageous taxes. This is a highly overrated "Hotel." I would not stay here again. Carpet was not clean, cigarette burn in carpet, water came out cloudy from sink, and I just did not like the stay at all. Ech! Sorry I prepaid for this. Buyer Beware, go somewhere else ... Personally, my low opinion of this place has been softened with the aforementioned.

I especially liked the pool robes in the rooms. And I really enjoyed all the colors of the hotel and the proximity of everything - restaurant pool and rooms.

The resort fees that are not disclosed when booking are very high for what is essentially a motel with a decent pool.

I love the aesthetic of this hotel, including all the colors and gathering areas. I felt like this hotel should be an adults only stay. The children aspect was not pleasing to my relaxation. Our neighbor room had multiple children in their room & felt like security was unnecessarily called on myself in the next room.

Great refresh to an old hotel that is exciting and hip. Big, spacious lobby. Lots of free parking. Pool and grounds are what makes this hotel a great place to stay. Rooms are starting to have some considerable wear-n-tear. The nightstands and desk were disgusting with stains. Unfortunately, this hotel draws a younger (grossly inconsiderate) crowd of self-absorbed ass-clowns. We noticed people just throwing their garbage on the grounds and in hallways. I feel bad for the staff who try really hard to make this place wonderful. Pool chairs are snatched up immediately in the morning by people throwing their junk and towels of them, then leaving for hours. Security is constantly barking at them. I will say, if you want to watch some massive self-absorbed 'oh look at me' egos, this is the place. Be warned of all the extra taxes and added resort fees when you check out. They also put an extra charge of several hundred $$ on CC in advance for any food charged to the room. Restaurant is delicious but wait staff is sloooooooow. If you like cheap, crusty, littered ultra-trendy, you will LOVE this hotel.

Did not like the florescent lights in the room. Lighting is everything. Could really improve the ambiance without florescent lighting and old purple carpet didn't do it for me. Staff was very nice. Restaurant for breakfast was great.

Love this place! Great vibes and friendly staff! Decorations are cute, room was nice! Morning bartender/Server is super friendly.

Nice hotel, clean room, a bit basic but ok. Be ready for music up to 10pm. Pool bar/food only open like 11am... disappointed as website says "margarita for breakfast by the pool". Overall had an ok stay.

While the pool and outside areas are very nice, the rooms need more attention from cleaning staff regularly.

Don’t be fooled by the colorful pictures. This place is run down and dirty. They have great food and staff but that just didn’t make up for it. Also had to pay an Additional amenities fee that included only the pool due to covid.

Had such a wonderful time, the hotel was so friendly and helpful, even gave a birthday card for my boyfriend when we got there. We will definitely be returning!

Great staff, very efficient and helpful even during a busy weekend! Clean and friendly hotel, tasty and quick room service
