Great pool area. It closes at midnight and the areas were clean.

Pool was dirty services was bad. I needed up leaving the same day and was charged and checkout the same day.

Pool was fun and El Jefe was delicious. Pool kept running out of towels, AC in our room didn't work (thank god it was March and not June) although they did ask if we wanted someone to service it (we declined as it was midnight). No coffee maker in room, but there's coffee pods...? Front desk staff was fantastic though.

Had a great time here really well done Modernized place

Our first room smelled like cigarette although it was a nonsmoking room. The front desk happily moved our room. Mini fridge in the room was great as I had dietary restrictions and was able to store my food. No complaints about the food. Had room service breakfast and lunch by the pool. Will definitely be returning.

I really was under the impression that this is a 4 star hotel. If adding a fridge in the room will raise your star from 1 to 4 than whoever invented the rating scale was drunk. No difference from a motel, but it's called hotel and worst off all 4 star , it's a joke. Dirty carpets, prehistoric Tv, room furniture looks like the 60's. They also mentioned kids frendly , that needs to be corrected to -" we allow kids" , there is nothing on the ground or inside the rooms that is kids friendly. It's not the Palm Springs you imagine. I would not recommend this motel, you can find cheaper motels in the area. .. .. ..

A friend and I decided to head out to Palm Springs for a last minute trip to enjoy the pride Weekend festivities. I had been wanting to visit the Saguaro for some time, and was lucky enough to get a decent price for one of their last available rooms. I arrived well before my friend, and although my room was not ready, I was offered a wristband to join the pool party while I waited. The party was in full swing, and everyone was so friendly and accommodating, I was able to make friends quickly and enjoy the wait. When my room was delayed more than an hour past check-in time, Sam at the front desk was quick to offer waiving my resort fee for the inconvenience. The King size room was roomy and comfortable, very clean, and surprisingly quiet (considering all the partying that was going on). We spent a lot of time downtown, which was easy to get to on their free shuttle, of the Buzz trolley which picked up right in front of the hotel. I used the fitness center which was adequate, and even though I wasn't able to take advantage of everything I was impressed by the number of amenities such as Yoga classes, bocci ball, generous pool hours, and Spa. The restaurants looked inviting, however we ate downtown. I was fortunate enough to share a shuttle ride with one of the hotel's owners, Blake, who was lovely and had several suggestions for enjoying my stay. The driver (I think his name was Eric) was incredibly friendly and pointed out several recommendations for restaurants and hot spots in Downtown. The hotel is also very close to 2 of my favorite South Palm Springs restaurants: The Purple Room (great supper club right next door) and Elmer's (for breakfast) I would definitely stay at the Saguaro again and recommend to friends.

I was sold by the mountain view and robes mountain view with parking lot in the way and didn't ever get our robes. I feel we almost paid extra for the robes and never received them.

We only stayed one night but the pool was nice, always somewhere to sit and the DJ on Saturday was fun.

PLACE WAS AWESOME, GREAT ROOMS AND SERVICE. HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE FRIDGE AND MAINTENANCE STAFF WAS THERE AT OUR ROOM WITHIN A FEW MIN AND WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. ALSO THE POOL PARTY WAS FUN AND GREAT TIME. BUT MIGHT NEED MORE WAITRESSES/WAITERS TOOK A LITTLE TO GET DRINKS BUT NOT A BIG DEAL STILL A GREAT TIME!

Friendly and attentive staff. Great on site restaurant with knowledgeable and creative bartendender and chef. Best spontaneous trip I've booked!

Hotel is about 20 minutes from the tennis. Workout room is reasonable. They do charge an extra amount per night that is not in the cost you pay upfront.

Great for a girls' weekend. Would definitely go back--maybe not in peak season when the pool gets extra club-y. Staff was exceptional.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Saguaro for birthday weekend and had a great time. For the price and location, you definitely get your value - we paid less than we had expected to per night and had the access to a comfortable room, gym, and great views. My favorite part was the bikes you can check out with the front desk - we got to enjoy all of Saturday riding around from place to place on our bikes.

We had a great time staying here to celebrate our 30th birthdays. Lynne at the front desk was wonderful - she even sent champagne to our room! And Cody was a great shuttle driver - helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to PS.

Aesthetically this hotel was on point. From the colorful rooms to the perfect desert side pool oasis you feel happy and at home from the beginning. The staff was mostly fantastic- Cody at the front desk came to our rescue with ice and late checkout and was always there to help us navigate the desert. The team up with Lyft was also a plus as we got a free ride downtown which made life easy as pie. I didn't think it was worth the 150/night I spent. The rooms were mediocre at best and not the cleanest. Stains on the wall, curtains, and sheets. I feel like I could have spent far less at a boutique hotel and had nicer room amenities. The checkout was a bit of a nightmare as well when the lady bell hop took our belongings and disappeared for 15 mins even though we told her exactly where our car was and then she didn't help us with our bags to/from her cart. Aside from the couple hiccups it was a lovely weekend. The pool was awesome and I'm sure we'd think of staying here again if they lowered the rates a bit!

It was great. Cute fun hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful

My wife and I stayed at the Saguaro for her 30th birthday and had a great time. We brought our dog (the hotel is very dog friendly) and he had a good time as well. We did a couple's massage at their spa and the staff there was friendly and very professional - they did a great job and left us feeling refreshed and relaxed by the time we were done. The room was very clean and so was the pool area. We did try their Mexican restaurant for late night nachos and drinks - i highly recommend the steak nachos and the micheladas! It is a little further away from downtown, but you'll be fine if you drive (maybe a 5 mminute drive at most).

We stayed at Saguaro's to celebrate my grandson's bday. We went to the waterpark then stayed at Saguaro for a couple of days. We spent the next day in the pool with all the family and we had a wonderful time. I was a little apprehensive about staying in this hotel. Once I checked in and went to my room I totally changed my mind. It is a very nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff, I would definitely stay there next time I visit Palm Springs.

I first of all just love the bright colored theme of The Saguaro. Every room has a different color. It's very fun and "Palm Springs". There are many rooms with pool views. I think most rooms have a picturesque view of the Mountains. It is located very close to the main drag of Palm Springs, pretty much walking distance. But if you prefer they have bikes for free to use or a free shuttle that runs hourly from the hotel to the airport or main street. The pool is fairly big and has two hot tubs. There's a bar by the pool you can order food and drinks from. There's many lounge chairs, all with umbrellas if you want shade. There are misters scattered throughout the pool area but they weren't on during my stay sadly. I also like that the pool is open until 12 am. There's a great restaurant in the hotel you should definitely try. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The fridge was rather large. I like that they had wine glasses and a wine stopper to use. I wish they had a microwave though. I love any place that has bathrobes! The bathroom was nice as well. I love the brand of free shampoo/body wash they give you! When we arrived, since it was a slow weekday for them they kindly upgraded up to a pool view which was awesome! Until the next morning when we were woken up by gardeners chain sawing off branches of the palm trees by the pool outside our window at 8am! Had I known about this ahead of time i would have kept out mountain view room. I mean I go on vacation to sleep in, not to be woken up. And because of the tree trimming people couldn't use the pool until 12pm. I wish they would have given us a heads up, or an apology, or credit or ANYTHING! The whole situation kind of ruined our experience sadly. And even the next day they were still sawing off tress as people were trying to relax by the pool. Very annoying. I mean the least they could do is offer us a drink to distract us from the constant blaring of the chain saw. If you have kids, this is a good place during the week. But be advised it's a young, hip, hotel and has djs during the weekends occasionally and even hosts parties. So be aware when booking. If you're a 20-something like me, definitely stay here!
