The location was great. Centrally located near restaurants and shops within a few blocks. Very walkable. Plenty of parking for our rental car too.

Salt water pool! Little more time should be spent on small repairs tho; cracks in walls, torn shower curtains Nice they have a shuttle service to and from airport

WHY of WHY do hotels still have double beds? How uncomfortable. overgrown twins. Too small for my husband and I, we are tall to sleep in.

Great hotel for the money. Close walking distance to the main downtown PS's restaurants and shops. Did not use the pool because it rained but it looked decent. The rooms were clean and they had nice beds/linens. Some furniture could use an upgrade. Bathroom was clean and slightly upgraded. The Lobby really needs a refresh...but you don't sleep there so that is ok.

The hotel captured the Palm Springs Spa experience. Although we checked in late due to travel and did not get to fully experience all the amenities, we enjoyed our stay

Our room was noisy. You can hear people talking from the stairway, and from the other side of the wall.

Have been there, will definitely look for something else next time. For that price we expect good wifi and of course breakfast at the hotel included in price. There wasn't served breakfast at all, even motel6 has something they call breakfast..... Disappointed Norwegian that are used to better service in Norway :-)

Great place Awesome location to village fest on Thursday nights Clean spacious room Staff very helpful

Excellent location and great value. Nice pool and spa, too.

Check in very friendly & informative Bathroom not really clean Too small of trash cans

It was a very nice hotel,I was amazed, comfortable and all, very friendly staff.

Stay met my needs. Room was on Street but room was well isulated for sound. Parking is at a premium; very hard to find space after dinner.

Nothing fancy, good location of that's what you are looking for.

This hotel is perfectly located in downtown Palm Springs. The room was huge with a cute little courtyard. I will definitely stay there on my next trip back!

Overall, gorgeous but staff not helpful. Was told incorrect information about parking and nearby facilities.

Very easy to find, close to shops and restaurants. The room had a patio so I could sit in the shade and enjoy the weather. The bathroom had full length mirrors.

Hotel is walking distance to restaurants , coffee shops, pubs and nightlife . We didn't have a view, shower leaky but beds were comfy.

Hotel say was okay. The good it was close to downtown and within walking distance to all the action. The bad the spa was closed for renovations at the time and in the room that we originally reserved my wife and I found dirty underware when we moved the ottoman. We reported our issue to the front desk and they were very imbaressed and apologetic. They upgraded our room and moved us to a suite free of charge. They were very professional about the whole thing. Other than that the stay was great.

This hotel is an honest value -- basically, you are getting minimal accommodations and a fabulous location. The staff is genuinely friendly. The bath tub wouldn't hold water and the door to the balcony was really hard to work. The bed was comfy. The room was clean. Parking is free. We saved about $100 over the fancier place up the street - a Hyatt, I think. And it was a two-minute walk to the fun area of Palm Springs.

The hotel was more then I excpeted. The staff was great and vety helpful. My firat time there and I return.

sorry you did like the double double. We get many families and retirees that request them. We do have king rooms, I hope we can get you one next time.

Thanks for your comments. We agree the lobby does need refresh, so we are re decorating it this summer.
