Cute, clean little studio in downtown Palm Springs. This location has several bungalows, ranging from studios to one bedrooms. You can walk to many restaurants, shops, museums and bars nearby. I never needed a car during my stay other than an Uber to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend.

My unit was basic, but was very clean, organized, and met my needs completely.It was necessary for me to reset the TV a couple of times to get Internet connection and the shower did not have any shelving for soap or shampoo, so be prepared to bend over. The bed was very comfortable, but if you require a firm mattress, this is not the place for you.You can tell that the property is well maintained. There was no need for me to initiate communication with the property manager as everything went smoothly.The location is superb, superb, Superb!!!!!! I would definitely stay here again!

Great little place. But could use more hooks in the bathroom and a better coffee pot. Bed good. Tv ok. Shower wonderful. LOVED the location! Cole very nice to deal with!!

Great location. Studio better for1 than 2.

The units are in a great location. Only a few blocks off the main street, but far enough to be quite. The host was extremely responsive. We stayed in a studio unit. For a small place it had everything you could need for a short stay. It's walk-in closet gave us more room than most larger accomodations. However, this unit is more suited for 1 person than 2. First, you can only get I & out of the bed from 1 side. The is also only 1 chair if you want to eat at the table. Also there is only 1 towel rack. So if you both take showers there's not enough space to hang wet towels. The worst feature of the unit was the shower. Although hot water was readily available in the sink. Even after 2 showers it was barely present in the shower. Also the shower head is at a weird angle and coud not be ajusted.

Comfy apartment in superb location

From the description of the property, we weren’t aware that there are multiple apartments. We hadn’t been informed about the apartment number, so we had to call Cole (the manager) who was available immediately. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The fridge was a bit noisy at night. Wanting to go to the pool the next day, we saw a sign from a week earlier giving notice the pool was closed. Not having been informed about this in the reservation, we called Cole again, informing us that the pool could be used, sending us written proof by the responsible city department immediately via text. The pool are is super nice. All in all, a great stay and good management, even with the little annoyances with Check-in and the pool.

The location is absolutely amazing!! A block from the central area of North Palm Canyon Dr. The room was perfect for what I needed. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. Large refrigerator. The cups, glasses, silverware, dishes were very nice to have. 2 to 3 blocks away is a Grocery Outlet, Rite Aid and BevMo. Perfect to pick up beverages, breakfast items and snacks. Great communication and responsiveness with the manager. I would definitely book this place again!!

Outstanding Location

Outstanding location just one block from downtown. Easy walk to everything. Room is small, but fairly well appointed. Comfort and overall experience was just average-at-best, compared to other Vrbo properties in which we have stayed an this price range.
