Loved the vintage vibe! Food and drinks were fresh an delicious and the service was excellent!! I’ll definitely go back!!
So so lux and fun
This is a great spot for a fun, relaxing stay with friends when you just want to sit by the pool, read, swim, drink and nap. The spa was a great and convenient treat too.
Liked the vibe but way over priced - it’s a budget motel with a really cool scene (as far as a variety of friendly people and great servers) but kinda run down, Broken and rusted lounges, cockroaches, a pool that has waaaaay too many people drinking (and prob peeing!) to be clean. I guess it’s a good college vibe like a super cool hostel. But this hostel is charging 500 bucks a night — so I’d expect waaaay better stuff. That said, it’s my friends “happy place” and she thinks it magical so maybe she’s right. I just didn’t feel the magic enough to return. But I do feel like I need to take a shower.
Pool and front desk people great. Room disappointing - no coffee maker, no microwave, minifrig was so crammed with "for sale" items it was hard to put our food inside. Also no business center - I wanted to print our plane boarding passes but couldn't.
I would say for the money we should have stayed somewhere else it’s got a cute retro vibe but so do other hotels in the area for less it is literally a redone motel 6 and shows at times as much as theyve redecorated it wasn’t as nice as the pictures. The staff weren’t very friendly and the staff was ok not any great service at the pool or enough room at the pool
Cheap former motel that has been rebranded to make it hip. Thin walls. Terrible noise. Awful beds low to the ground. And the keys needed to be remagnetized several times.
Felt safe, and it was a super fun hotel and atmosphere.
We love to stay at the Ace when we’re in town. From the music, to the rooms, to the aesthetic, every detail counts and makes it a better experience.
Thoughtful design, lovely pool and spa deck, cleanliness, excellent service, comfortable beds, abundant activities on site, great food on site.
The Ace in Palm Springs has some great decor. Our room had an odd smell but other than that, it was great.
Our room was double booked and accidentally walked in on someone! The staff was quick to take care of the situation and work it out for us!
please let us know when half of the amenities of hotel is privatized for the entire weekend! this is not acceptable.
