Our room was double booked and accidentally walked in on someone! The staff was quick to take care of the situation and work it out for us!

please let us know when half of the amenities of hotel is privatized for the entire weekend! this is not acceptable.

Very unique decor, but the rooms were very small and cramped with all of the furniture that stuffed in there. For 2 adults and 2 small children (age 3 & 4) it was quite a tight fit.

Overall, it was a good hotel. It looks like an old hotel, but with a modern twist. Terms that come to mind are quirky, hipster. It's a little outside of downtown. I stayed due to a recommendation from my group I was staying with. If I had to stay, sure, it's not a bad place. the mini bar was stacked. Overall I would give it a 3 out of 5. Not bad.

Beds are comfy and the rooms have a canvas tent feel that’s kinda cool. Staff is super friendly and the pool is nice and heated. We were there when it was hovering in the high 50s and we still were able to enjoy the pool. Would definitely come back again

Not bad for a Hotel - Motel, the bed was very comfortable.

Rooms are a bit small, pretty expensive for what you get. But the hotel itself is very unique with a cool retro style. Stayed here on a summer weekend with a group of friends and we loved the pool. It’s definitely pretty tame and not a party scene. Food was great!

Water bugs. Sewer backed up U get nothing not even a dresser for their high room prices and a resort fee on top of expensive room rate It’s moe like a cheap motel

Hotel is very run down. There was a wedding in the center of the hotel outside. It was very loud until 10-11 at night. They do not let you know this at check in. We paid more for a patio room, but could not use it because of the noise. Everything is dingy and cheap. I will never go back there.

The hotel charged to my account for Resort Fee and the Orbitz also charge to my account the same fee. After I found out the double charge. I talked to them. and they don't care to fixed. The costumer service from Orbitz left me in the phone waiting. And the Manager at the Hotel did not show interest in fix the double charge. This make me so upset and discourged.

Wow, the front desk staff was amazing. We were given a complimentary upgrade, and were able to check in a few hours early. The pool was amazing and all of the servers and bartenders were great. We ate at King's Highway for breakfast which was wonderful. My only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room was pretty loud. But that being said, the room was nice and cool and the bed was super comfy. What a great little hotel.

Needs to be cleaned up. Too many smokers all over the place.

We loved staying at the Ace Hotel... we had our two Boston Terriers with us and they were welcomed everywhere on the grounds. The only negative was we were placed in a row of rooms that had other guests with dogs... while this didn't effect our room's cleanliness, our neighbor just left their extremely yappy dog unattended all day and into the night.

Oh the Ace. World known in Palm Springs but unfortunately it is a lot of hype. Not worth the price. The room was great, really basic but clean. No complaints there except the door to my room was impossible to open. I had to shove my entire body weight into it. A lot of the hotel was like this. Instead of just looking run down it just actually is run down. Like it could be condemned at any moment. The food was good but the service was TERRIBLE. If you want to wait over an hour for every meal no matter how busy they are go to the Ace. We had to chase down our waiter multiple times over the weekend to check on our food and to pay. You could literally dine and dash so easily here if you were an awful person. They just don't care about service. The check in and check out process was also rough. They don't have their processes together. And overall the staff is just rude. They don't just dress like hipsters they are actual hipsters who are high and smell like alcohol from last night's partying. Bummer. Now I will say it is very child friendly. Which is great if you have children but not so wonderful if you don't. I would recommend this for families. But a word of warning about the pool. You have to get up really early to save a spot. Or some entitled parent will save three chairs for their small children who never use them. And it's a small pool so you'll end up lounging on the concrete. Overall just stay at the Parker. Much nicer than the Ace and actuallyworth the money.
