The food is amazing The pool side is fantastic However there are so many people smoking- should quarantine them to a smoking section to kill off each other only, ruined our days at the pool because the smell of all the cigarettes.

Staff are all very friendly. Facilities are unique and welcoming

I love this hotel always a fun time the crowd is friendly and pretentiousness is minimal. The diner has good food. Only bummer was the bad music they blasted pool side the entire weekend.

The hotel staff was so kind. We were able to spend a very comfortable time.

The water in the room sink was white like milk, the room was cold and the pool area which I've been told people come to hotel for was nothing special at all. Just another pool area with strange music.

The food in the hotel is rather poor I thought. I would have appreciated a much healthier more garden to table type menu. Particularly the The Kings Highway - thought the food was a burger joint. Compared with everything else the food was disappointing. When I stay there next I would not eat at the hotel.

I've been going to Palm Springs since I was born. My parents went together for years before. I've stayed at many hotels there. The Ace maintains the essence of what remains of Palm Springs traditionally special experience, and of course it brings the out-of-the-box element that I'd enjoyed in Portland. Great and unique combination.

I love the ACE. My husband have been coming here for years for the food, party by the pool, the amazing service, and the incredibly comfortable beds. A real oasis in the desert!

Cool vibe, love this hotel. The pools amazing to relax, have a drink or two or five maybe, lunch by the pool, restaurant is really great too, the stumptown coffee they serve too, staff was really nice too! Definitely recommend this hotel

The Ace is well thought out. But the best part is the pool. Lots of young beautiful people sitting by the water sipping cocktails, kind of a real life music video... Enjoy.

We've stayed at the ace abt 15 times. This time the food was slightly better although we miss some of the staples from the previous menu

I love escaping here for a day or two with my boyfriend. It's just a easy brainless getaway. The drinks are delicious if you order doubles and the rooms are decorated comfortably although it look s like Urban Outfitters threw up all over it. It's a kitschy hipster place with very chill vibes. A bonus is they allow dogs! Which saves a lot of headache when you just want to leave town last minute. The pool is great, the diner is cute, and the photo booth they have in the lobby doesn't suck either. It's not the cheapest place but I like the atmosphere and over all esthetic.

I really enjoyed the stay. It was close to downtown but still had to drive down there. I would totally recommend this hotel, it's totally modernized. Lots of hipsters FYI.

I've been here before and I'll be back. Especially when there is a deal. The hotel has a super cool vibe--lots of great details from vintage signs to record players and vinyl albums in the rooms. It's super sexy and perfect for a romantic weekend. The pools give you a choice--fun party pool or chill place to hang out. Have a massage on your patio, or hit the spa. It's pretty good value for the money. Close enough to downtown to head in for dinner or nightlife (it's a short bike ride) but far enough away to give you privacy and seclusion.

Heard great things about the ace so I took my boyfriend there for his bday.we had such a great time , the rooms were awesome an the pool was a blast.

A little loud at times, but it's to be expected. Beds are low to the floor so sometimes they are hard to get out of. It's a little out of the way, but I had a car to get where I needed to go.

What a blast my 15 year old daughter and I had by checking into the Ace for a week. We stayed Sun-thurs to miss the weekend crowd. We enjoyed the restaurant and spa and tons of pool time. Ps leave your shampoo at home your shower comes with salon grade products. The only thing I would change is the courtyard connected to my room was a bit dingy looking..ie old gum on concrete ect. All in all I highly recommend the ACE.

Got a great deal online. The hotel is fine but it's grungy in a few ways. I did over hear some other guests that were in the same conference as me saying their room had bed bugs which really freaked me out, but I was too afraid to check mine. They really push to clean your room. They try multiple times a day which I'm not used to. The hotel can be a little loud too and it bugs me that the window coverings don't quite close all the way so people can see in to your room. The mini bar also doesn't post prices so who knows how much they are charging for stuff.

It's a party hotel. Too expensive for my taste especially since the pool area wasn't very nice. But if you are looking for a young hipster loud party vibe and you've got money to burn then this is your place.

Everytime I stay here it is the best. Perfect decorations, great crowd.
